Trump is not the first to cut off access to briefings. As a matter of fact classified information was limited going to President Roosevelt's administration because the intelligence agencies didn't trust FDR or is cabinet.

On another topic, Trump is the ONLY Western head of state who hasn't said a word about Putin's poisoning of his chief political opponent, Navalny. Again, proving that there has to be SOMETHING Putin has on Trump or Trump is far closer to Putin than anyone suspected.

AF1, again lies and partial truths abound in your report. Never has Trump or his national security people said they will no longer report any data to congress. What was said is that he will only report to the intelligence committee because so many criminal leaks of data on elections was being leaked by many of the 535 congressman. All he is doing is making finding the criminal leakers of national security info easier to find and prosecute. The intelligence committee will still get all of the written reports. If you do not stop getting your news from the people that are really trying to destroy USA, you will just be a victim. Of course, I assume, you are poorly informed and not one trying to destroy USA.

If Trump knows congress is full of traitors why would he brief them? We are now entering a delicate stage with China and we can't afford traitors spilling info and military operations and troop movements.

We were supposed to be defeated already and we're stronger than ever and pushing China back. Bullies don't like that. China has already ordered their troops not to fire first. That could mean they're pretty confident they would lose, today. Best to wait a few years. The question is will Trump allow that or keep pushing? I think he keeps pushing since they are already backing up. And they owe us for stolen property and deaths of Americans, already. CV-19 deaths were not caused by Trump, only China.

If Obama had replaced intelligence briefings with written reports to those in the need to know because some committee members were releasing sensitive intelligence, I would hope the Republicans would have if not supported him, at least understood the need. I would hope Obama would have put national security higher than the sensibilities of the members.

Have you read the notification given by Ratcliffe, the head of ODNI? No information will be stopped. It will only be given in written form to those on the specific committees dealing with the issues. The reports on elections security, foreign malign influence, and election interference will continue IN WRITING.

Pelosi's claim that, “This intelligence belongs to the American people." is idiotic. Releasing info on foreign government's doings to the public while the intelligence is still sensitive, is asinine!
