As far as the leftist politicians in California are concerned, the taxpayers' money is "easy come, easy go." To them, those Californians who work and pay taxes are faceless entities that serve only two purposes -- giving them votes and acting as ATMs.

Can't execute him, the Progressives intend to allow all criminals to vote. Can't kill a Democrat voter no mater what it costs the public. Keep him alive so he can vote in the next election.

Why? The Democrats have no problem with allowing the dead to vote. The cadaver vote represented one of Hillary's most faithful voting blocs.
