Maybe because he benefited from voter fraud, since there were over 25 million mail in votes in 2016.

Trump won in spite of a enormous illegal vote as each state is guaranteed representation by the Republican form of government and the illegal votes couldn't quite over ride the state lead so no need to appeal the illegal vote. The Dems intend to have more illegals this time.
