Obama pardoned everyone including himself on his last day.

That's why Trump mentioned it way back when.

He needed them to commit more crimes.

True to a degree.

We can't actually dismantle the DOJ or FBI w/o replacing it with something else.

Who can say the "something else" won't turn into the same thing it's replacing.

Restructure is the word that comes to my mind.

But we won't have a lot of time for that because world events are going to draw our attention.
