Kemmer said she will make mincemeat out of Pence. On another topic in a discussion with another Liberal, that Liberal said that she has formidable political skills. I pointed out the same facts to both of them, that she did poorly in the Presidential Primaries, I wanted to see their arguments on behalf of her political skills. As yet neither Liberal has answered me.

The woman is part of two minorities I think. In a party where identity politics trumps common sense, those two advantages did not help her when she needed it. She finished well behind three of the Whitest White people on Planet Earth, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Joe Biden. I think a couple of other Whiter than Whites also outlasted her.

Again you allow your bias to blind you. We all know you do not like anything Mike Pence says. Just as I dislike Sen. Harris. I have given you my expert analysis based strictly on their professional records. Perhaps Sen. Harris has learned from her mistakes in the primaries. I had posted an article awhile back on it and I am sorry I do not have it any longer.

If I remember correctly, her big mistake when going in against tough opponents is a tendency to switch positions and try to be all things to all people. When she did that she flamed out. As number two on the ticket, she hopefully will not be temped to do that.

I suspect she does love the America that she was able to bamboozle for so long. She is an American citizen, born in this country-not Jamaica. She is not black-she is of Indian (from India) and Jamaican descent. Her grandparents, or great grandparents were slave holders in Jamaica-her grandfather came to Jamaica and when the UK outlawed slavery, he made his permanent home in Jamaica. I do not know how many slaves they owned, and am not sure that is even an issue here, but it is interesting.

She allowed a subordinate to get away with stealing cocaine and mishandling evidence when she was DA in Oakland-by that I mean she did not inform the defendant's attorneys of the situation. As a result, approx 10000 drug convictions were overturned. Now exactly what kind of convictions they were, I have no idea. Probably some possession, some sales, some dealing or whatever. But she decided she did not have to follow the rules, and there you are.

She is a very good friend of the Governor of California, vacationing with him often,who is Nancy Pelosi's nephew, I believe. Make of that what you will. She accepted and her campaign contributions came in large part from Hollywood elites, the mayor of San Francisco, at the time, with whom she had a relationship for a while, and Harvey Weinstein was a huge donor to her campaign for AG of CA. She refused to request the death penalty for a killer of a well respected and honest police officer, and Diane Feinstein, at the funeral, gave the eulogy, blasting her for not asking for that penalty-it was legal in CA-not sure if it still is. Anyway, when Feinstein was finished, every police officer in the church gave her a standing ovation-Feinstein, that is, not Harris-who was in attendance.

She has flip flopped on most issues going whichever way the wind blows. She is on the record as being for partial birth abortion, and even after birth abortion. Now in an interview I just watched, she took back all the blasting of Biden she did during the debates-she said, "it is just a debate"-meaning that she lied about it all. Her acceptance speech yesterday was a pack of lies, especially blaming Trump for the economy and the virus. We all know the truth about that, so not sure why she even brought it up. It makes her look silly, vindictive and evil.

She lied and lied some more at the Kavanaugh hearings. Her questioning of him and her accusations were disgraceful, unfair and disgusting. I watched it and could not believe it. She claims to be against sexual exploitation of children, but refused to follow up on her predecessor's work and documentation of priests sexual abuse accusations when she became AG. Again, look at her political donations and from whom she accepts them. She is more corrupt than Biden, if that is possible, never mind that he is a "Nice Guy".

I will continue to look at her background as I can find reliable information-not interested in gossip-this election is too important for that.

Please note that I did not say that Trump is not corrupt-I can't imagine anyone in DC not being corrupt in some form or another, and that includes my relatives who live there, in Alexandria VA and work for the Feds. And why do you say I am a Trumpster? I will vote for Trump because the other side has such awful choices-frankly I do not like either choice for President, but Biden and Harris would be a total disaster-Trump would still have some semblence of sanity and ethics-please do not laugh-I had to chuckle at that myself. But the Dems have gone so far off the rails, I cannot vote for ANY of them this time. Too bad-Truman was probably the last Dem that actually had some sense of decorum-he did not sell his position to the highest bidder. Times were different then, I know.
