REALLY?? HOW is it that 2 Counties in OHIO, in 2016 REPORTED 126 % Democrat voters? Even IF EVERYONE there had voted Democrat, that would STILL mean that 26% of the votes counted were FRAUDULENT. Because 100% of ANYTHING, is ALL THERE IS!! AND Philadelphia REPORTED 100% Democrat votes. I know of at least 25 that voted REPUBLICAN in Philadelphia. I'll bet there are MANY that also know AT LEAST that many!! And THAT was the Presidential Election!!
All States have Absentee Ballots, and Obama's last Election, a month after the Election, they found THOUSANDS of Absentee Ballots out behind the Voting Place, in a storage shed!! THOUSANDS. AND that same year, all of the Soldiers, that hated Obama, their Ballots were MYSTERIOUSLY held up at Port, till the Election. and the LIBS CLAIMED they were TOO LATE to be counted!! Libs CHEAT and LIE, and Corrupt!! It is what they DO!! It is WHO they ARE!!!

If they ignore the rules in a city council election, what makes you think there aren't others who would ignore them in a national election? There are always those who will try to circumvent the rules. If you have a problem with the way the rules are written, you'll need to follow them for this election cycle. Utah phased in the mail-in voting over several election cycles. After each election, they evaluated what went right and what went wrong. Then they worked to improve for the next election. It's unfair to expect a state that has never done mass mail-in voting to implement it and get it right the first time with only weeks to prepare.
