A person with basic intelligence and an ounce of " compassion" realizes that the Global Warming threat will not end the world as we know it in our lifetime. However, the point is to take into consideration what type of environment your grandchildren and their children will have to deal with. These are only projections and theories. What Obama and the rest of the Global Warmers propose would wreck the world economy. Wrecking the world economy because maybe perhaps possibly after we are all dead the world may or may not have unpleasant weather, is stupid. The weather has changed since the earth was born. There were droughts, floods, warm periods, ice ages, and hurricanes long before fossil fuels were burned. The difference is that now instead of blaming the Pharaoh or the Gods, Liberals can blame the average American who drives to work.

If you knew any history at all you wouldn't say the world has changed, why make it worse. I actually have studied history and climate going back a long long long time. When the Global Warmers began pointing out unusual weather events and began blaming me and my gas guzzling car and my coal stove, I said hey yo wait.

In my studies of ancient peoples and civilizations I have found accounts of enormous shifts in climate which wiped out advanced nations. These events have always happened. Always. Only now Left wingers can blame them on Carbon Emissions. This is just another way for Liberals to control people. And when those changes in the weather still happen after they have wrecked everything, Liberals can say, " but think how much worse it would have been if we had not saved the freaking planet. "

Remember Hurricane Katrina that wrecked New Orleans ? That was cited as proof that from now on Monster storms would hit the US, and all because of Global Fraking Warming. Then for the next few years not much happened.

The climate has changed since the beginning of time and it always will. There have been catastrophes that have wiped out almost all life including very advanced human civilizations. This will happen again and the remaining humans that will restart humanity will be the hunter gathers around the world who do not depend on technology. They only depend upon themselves.
