This comes after weeks of protests, which have resulted in riots, vandalizing of buildings, destruction of federal property, and attacks on police officers. The rioters have also repeatedly attempted to burn down police precincts but have been stopped by their own incompetence."

So, the violent protesters in unmarked clothing are picked up by Feds in Federal Uniforms riding in unmarked vehicles. And they protest because they can't tell if the vans are Feds, even though they walk around in civilian clothing instead of clothing marked "Communist" because they are afraid to show their Communistic/Socialistic/Anti-American cause!

No matter what the state or city government want, the feds have the right to protect Federal Properties and Federal Agents guarding those properties, ie Agent Underwood in California who was shot and killed from a passing car while guarding a a Federal Courthouse.

And upon requesting a lawyer as reported the detained people didn't have the required procedures to ensure their rights were followed. Crook or innocent the rights are for everyone unless there has been martial law declared. Also reported that the governors requested that they leave.

What these rioters are doing goes well beyond "peaceful demonstrations," more in the realm of insurrection and straight up terrorism.

The states/cities in which this mayhem is most prevalent and unchecked are all run by Democrats who support this chaos as a means to a political end, but the Tenth Amendment notwithstanding, they are all part of the United States and they are of interstate concern.

That gives the federal government every right -- in fact responsibility -- to go in and address these downright tragic problems that the locals aren't dealing with.

These rioters, looters, arsonists and cop attackers are damn lucky this is America rather than the kind of country they are trying to "fundamentally transform" us into; if it was the latter, troops would be mowing them down in the streets with live ammo and those unlucky enough to survive would end up being tortured in political prisons.

My question would be "why are agents picking up dirt-bags in unmarked vehicles (better to not be attacked) 'accused' of doing so." I know of no law requiring people arrested to be taken away in marked vehicles.

Once they pick em up the only mistake they are making is bringing them back.

Correct if you are committing a crime in group or by yourself , but just walking down the street? When detaining someone there are procedures to follow.Rights are for everyone if you are a crook or an innocent .
