I hate to disillusioned you because I think you are an educated and articulate lady but all of Bidens speeches, emails, campaign articles are ghosted by his staff and handlers. I have a cousin who is one of his writers. Most of his material is determined by his advisers. That is a tactic used by most candidates of both parties.

I see your plot to contest the election. When Trump wins, the plan takes effect just like the Russian collusion plan the last time.
