Bad drivers.

I have often thought that to give people a driving test just take them shopping.
They probably drive the same way they handle a shopping cart.
They bring the family and relatives here and block the aisles chatting to each other and don't move.

If someone is rude and purposely blocks the whole isle, I'll "accidentally" run my cart into theirs and say, "oh, sorry"
I've been known to use similar approaches.

I don't walk very well so I use an electric scooter and when I see someone walking toward me staring at their phone I just stop. When they run into my scooter they look at me like it's my fault.
If it was me, I'd probably attach a heavy duty cow catcher to the front of the scooter, floor it out and yell "Banzai!"

Oldsailor65... The cellphoner is simply acknowledging to you that you are the only one thinking clearly, and so you have the responsibility to avoid their ignorance as they obviously cannot... The Edict Today Has Become: Responsible people now have to think for at least 2...

I avoid rush hour at all costs, because every time I have to throw my beer at someone who is on their phone while driving gets too expensive!!

What most irritates you with other drivers?
I was just relating this to my adult son the other day. When I worked for the government repairing comm gear and RTUs, I had to drive a 4x4 with the agency logo on the doors. We drove 20 to 25 thousand miles a year covering three States. Our trucks had cruise control. I would always set it 6 MPH over the speed limit. I have only been stopped by the police one time while working and that was for bank robbery. That's another story for another time. Anyway I frequently had the problem where my cruise control would overtake some citizen. Many of those jerks would then pass me and slow down. If it continued, after two times, I would exit the road and listen to the radio for five to ten minutes and then continue. If I blew the horn or whatever, My boss would get a call that I was discourteous. All our vehicles had ID numbers.
After some anti government folks started slashing tires on our GSA vehicles during the night when we were in a motel, they gave us undercover plates. Normal State plates and unmarked vehicles. That was great. Finally I didn't have to tip toe around the jerks on the highway and could react to their rude, annoying behavior. Those folks I just described really annoyed me but...... not using turn signals isn't far behind. It's courtesy.

Typical, the drivers causing the problem, doing the complaints.
Here in Lapine it's as if half of the vehicles aren't equipped with a turn signal feature.
Or drivers won't signal until ten feet from their turn...very irritating indeed.

I saw one day the reason people don't use their signals ; They have a cell-phone in their left hand.
