A question for OPP members ...
What do you all think is going to happen the end of July when the extra unemployment money stops and the freezes on evictions and foreclosures are lifted?

Hopefully, people will return to work! If they are in a lockdown state, they need to protest to their Governors! None of these lockdowns are needed or are actually effecting the virus enough to matter! Maybe Trump will be forced to make some kind of overall ruling to this effect! If none of this happens, we can probably expect more riots!

More money will be printed and the rest extended. This is an atypical recession and the government should be doing everything possible to help those most impacted by its effects...

I reckon that anyone who gets evicted should move in with their governor.

So now you a doctor,we need another one,who knows nothing about what's going on.,People are going back to work, people are out going to bars ,the beaches, and yes protesting, and down we have the worst out breaks of the virus,in the last 3 months. So what do you suggest doc? Do you have kids or grandkids do you send them to school or not, what is the guidelines if you send them to school, that's the big question many parents are asking all over this country, but guess what where is the guidelines, you here one day then it's different the next. Why do we not have a leader that puts out guidelines on exactly how schools are to open,to keep kids safe? His secatarty of education has no anwsers,

Only Conservative governors are following Trump and this close to an election all but the most irrational will likely go their own way. I think governors like Texas gov. Greg Abbott, know Trump isn't worth following and the lives of Texan's worth more than following a false prophet.
As for lockdowns affecting the virus, much of Europe has gotten its growth rate close to zero. We came out of our partial lockdown early and are averaging 60,000 plus new cases daily. Clearly, lockdowns work...well, clearly if you aren't a conservative...

An extension.. maybe one month at a time.. with no national plan and half the country trying not to help end the virus, it will be a difficult year or so ahead..

Trumps numbers will plunge even more as more and more Americans suffer and die under his reign.

Especially my Governor, a rich bastard who inherited everything he is worth. He owns two horse farms. Those pastures would make great campgrounds and since they have so many horses they are used to handling all of that manure. Why not a little human shite. He shovels enough on the people of Illiinois.

Didn't your pappy teach you that only the strong survive ?
If you're about to be evicted because you lost your job then this is your chance to learn that up to this point, you have failed to master your own existence.
Learn to master life and you will survive these difficult days.
To master your existence you must first become strong.
Strong physically and even stronger mentally.
Because without a doubt....Only the strong will survive.

I'm not worried. My house and truck are both paid off.
