We had a local county board member (in Elmhurst, Illinois) participate in a Blue lives matter rally. He got a lot of abuse and pushback from some young people, mostly college students. He made a public statement that they could shove their votes up their a$$e$, and that he has a right to support law enforcement. That was also encouraging.
