Damn... That's an excellent idea...
And both sides could get behind that...
Cheers
Which people have brought up before online. Its not an original idea by kevyn.
This would be arming teachers with an added certification course. I would be completely behind such a program but it would be anathema to most leftists who always want fewer guns regardless of who has them.

Good idea; but under no circumstances should teachers carry guns.
What is the Liberal Standard ? Lets us think. Oh yea. If it saves one life then if is a great idea. Right ?????
What if it wasn't a teacher, but an assistant principal ? Could maybe he carry a gun and save lives ?
WELL ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Oh but you might say, that has never happened. Well ifin you did say that you would be wrong. Because it did happen. Now should I be like you and every other Liberal on OPP, run my big mouth, and then leave ? Yea, I'll just run my big mouth and not post any evidence.
No I can't do it. I want to do it, but I can't. So here is the link to the story. It happened in the 90s. An Assistant Principal stopped a school shooter who killed at a school and kept him from further violence. I betcha you never heard of this. Of course you didn't.

Criminal???? when was she indicted???
you're right, she has never been indicated. The question should be why hasn't she been indicated?
There is no clearer case for obstruction of justice then deleting 30,000 emails that were under subpoena. So why wasn't she indicated for that? General Petraeus received a very harsh sentence for doing much less.

Your actions and behavior prove it. You can't deny. It is obvious.

Seems odd that, before obtaining two Masters degrees (over several years), it took me only eight weeks to become a “trained killer” in Army Basic Training. In just eight more weeks, I became a proficient artillery fire direction expert.
Might be different “skill sets”, or maybe, it’s the style of teaching/learning. The amount of time isn’t a factor.
Teachers should teach. Law enforcement should enforce laws. Either endeavor is a full-time job and cannot be performed simultaneously.

The Trump justice system must be incompetent.

To earn a continuing teaching certificate takes five years of schooling in most states. The police academy In contrast as few as 16 weeks. If there is any need for police in schools wouldn’t it make sense to send a few credentialed teachers to the police academy? They could be deputized and paid a bonus each year. This would insure that security was sufficient in the few schools it is necessary while making sure that nurturing students took precedence over law enforcement.
well there it is..... proof..... even a blind hog gets an acorn every now and then

No, there are actually a number of things under investigation at the moment, most of which happened while the various arms of government charged with such things were functioning under the Obama Umbrella of Corruption®.
Now that the Trump Administration has fired and/or seen the removal of the corrupt and the treasonous, these long overdue investigations are proceeding and are being slowly, carefully executed in order to produce airtight prosecutions rather than half-assed indictments that expensive attorneys can punch holes in or get around with technicalities.
Hillary's crimes, like those of some others, aren't going anywhere, they'll be prosecuted just like those related to the attempted coup d'etat against President Trump -- along with hers and Obama's involvement in same.
Rather than rush things and leave their cases vulnerable to slick defense lawyers, those investigating are simply taking their time and doing a thorough job.
The time will come, sooner rather than later, for you to weep and gnash your teeth as you watch your political icons marching off to the Big House©.
