I think it actually did get out accidentally. The intention was to vaccinate their own people first, but it got out before the vaccine was ready.

Possibly through aerosols deployed via aircraft though I can only guess. But either way, I am NOT convinced that this bio weapon was Accidentally released upon the human race. Why has the USA SUFFERED more from this weapon than any other nation? It’s the USA that poses the largest threat to the plans of the Chico’s for world domination, they developed this weapon and they sent it abroad, especially to the USA. it is comical to read this thread, I would tend to agree with your theory of a bioweapon, based on all the coincidental travel from Wuhan (8mil people) to Europe, namely Italy and the Mediterranian areas.
