And how this would be accomplished? If you don't want to wear a mask in a store sign the registry, lose your right to emergency care.

This is the stupidest idea I've ever heard of!!! What "registry"? So is this what you are proposing? -- First, I "sign up and register my opposition" somewhere? And then someone collects and monitors everyone who signs this registry so that if they present at a hospital somewhere in the US, they get turned away?
And then you ALSO suggest that when someone goes to a store and doesn't want to wear a mask, they sign "the registry" at the store? Then someone collects all the names from all the stores in America and monitors every person who signs every registry so they can be turned away from a hospital, too? I suspect you might get two or three signatures in the whole country.....maybe a few more if you use a mail-in registration form.
I think you qualify for the "stupidest idea ever presented on OPP" award for this one.
