Have you ever studied the Constitution and the arguments and deliberations that went on before it was ratified? To help with your understanding of the document that provides the basis of our country, I would recommend reading the Federalist Papers. These were essays to sway the people to support ratification written at the level of education of the day, by today's standards they are written at a post graduate level.
