I used the word stores for lack of a better term. Amazon has a banner that they support BLM on their website. Is this clever marketing to pump up sales? Does this kind of piggybacking on tragedy make you more likely to buy their goods?

I agree with you. I stopped going to Chick Fil-A (spelling) because they came out with support for Trump. Don't get me wrong, I support our president. I just don't like these kinds of marketing.

When a company supports a terrorist group, logic says that thinking citizens should not purchase things from them. What you choose top to you, but will indicate your mindset.

I’ll have to disagree. A company that indicates it’s owner’s political stance will attract those who agree. Example: certain companies advertise their support for 2A and I will patronize those businesses. I like to know where money is going.

The last I checked, people have a right to voice their individual opinions, but businesses have no voice and are created to provide services to everyone.

Many businesses have ‘mission statements’ or something similar; which may include a political stance.
The beauty of the whole thing is that you, the consumer, can decide if you want to give them your business.
