Autopsy toxicology findings. In his system they found:
1.Fentanyl 11 ng/mL.
2.Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL
3.4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL
4. Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL
5. 11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/ml
6. Cotinine positive
7. Caffeine positive
In sum, he was high on drugs at the time of his death. The fentanyl itself was four times the level known to cause fatalities, reports Paul Sperry, and on top of that he had speed and marijuana in his system. The arresting officer said he was foaming at the mouth and a close look at the video indicates this was so.

I regret, I did not appreciate the message of Judge Jeanine last night, June 6th, at FoxNews. All she did was memorialize how great George was, and blamed everything to the Police Officer. Her rants were not accurate, not all factual, but deceptive. Everything was blamed to the Police Officer who she said deserves a 1st degree murder. Then her message delivered to the whole world, and the world will believe her.
Watch out, more riots are coming to avenge George. This will never end, until all of us will give our hard earned money to blacks. They need more for reparations.
Candace Owens knew much better than Judge Jeanine concerning the real condition of George. Candace knows the history and all events concerning the life of George. I would guarantee Candace did not lie, but all facts presented. Her objective is to know the truth, and seek the right direction and solutions how to avenge George death, to solve the black problems, and to improve the lives of all black people. She did this with humility and in good faith.
She is sincere, her mind is on the right tract. She should serve as the "role model" for all black people. But because she is conservative, most of the blacks don't appreciate her.
I want her to be part of the elective government to represent the blacks so that they'll see the light of the day and improve. So many had already advanced because they sought the right path.
No Sharpton, Obama, and Jackson, please. For decades they have not improved the lives of the black people but multiply them for dependency. Now these recent crisis are magnified, blaming race.
Most police are good. Only they need to be appreciated and respected. There are few bad apples, but most are good.

I definitely don't support that. There were many mitigating circumstances that contributed to George debt. If George was healthy, he'd perhaps survive like a cat. Cat has 9 lives. But George health is so sick, a knockdown could end his life fast.
For medical standpoint, people who use drugs are strong but for a moment only. If taken habitually, drugs damaged the whole body, then becomes very ill.
And that was George.
That is why some athletes use drugs temporarily, until they are caught and disqualified.
