If his windpipe was blocked he would not be able to say I can't breathe.
If his carotid artery was blocked he would go limp in less than 30 seconds.
I'm curious if the autopsies will detect any bruising around the neck area.
I don't believe we will be privy to any details, fair trial you know.

His windpipe would have to be almost 100% blocked for him not to be able to breathe. His carotids could have been damaged.

Here's my thoughts. Good luck finding a jury. This story is nationwide. Can you imagine if he gets off?? New protests will make these look like childs play!! He certainly is entitled to a fair trial, but my fear is....he can't get one at this point

If he walks unprotected .....

I’m predicting no change of venue. The argument will be that everyone has seen the video and the jury pool in Minnesota will be no more prejudiced than anywhere else IMO.

That is a line of thought that did occur to me.

If there is no intent to kill, it must be a 3rd degree.
Why will he intentionally kill? He must be aware that he will be convicted. He must think about his family, his children, and other love ones left behind.
No sane person will do such thing, unless insane. He has served for 19 years in the law enforcement.

I think the penalty must be a 3rd degree.

“Taking one for the team”? Promise of pardon once the NWO is implemented?

MK Ultra? Blackmailed?

There are plenty of scenarios that would make this second degree - even first degree. We don’t have enough information.

A neurologist told me it’s like the difference between a correctly applied choke hold and a poorly applied one. Both can result in death. One just takes much longer.

My question is, if Chauvin purposely killed George Floyd, why will he do that in the eyes of so many people of the world to see? Was he aware about his actions were all on the camera for all to witness? Another question is why were all the 3 other officers did not even notice that Chauvin's action was excessive against the victim? Did they notice that it could kill the victim? If it was excessive they could have stopped Chauvin.

None of that occurred. And Chauvin continued for 7 minutes putting his weight at the back of the victim who eventually die.

All those things will be questioned during the trial.
jurors' decisions are based for the evidence presented.
================== br i My question is, if Chauvi... (show quote)

One glaring thing that points to intent....and it is on the video...is that one of the other cops asked Chauvin if they should roll Floyd onto his side, and Chauvin said no.

All the evidence will be presented to the jury. Jurors decisions are based on all the evidence presented to them.

I've been called to serve the jury a number of times. I actually served in the court twice, and convicted the accused as I see fit based on all the evidence presented to the jurors. I have no political bias, but depended alone on the evidence.

And for this George, I hope it is the case. May he rest in peace.

I absolutely agree with the "Power Junkie" theory. I have seen any number of cops in my hometown who display the trait of being "power junkies."

Chauvin at that time must be so confused and disillusioned. I wonder why? Did it ever come to his mind that if he did wrong, he could be convicted? Did he ever come to think if convicted, his family or children will suffer? Those are very important reasons to consider. I don't want to live only for myself, but for my love ones. And most importantly did he ever fear that God is watching him?

I wish I am a juror on this case. I have so many questions to satisfy before I put a verdict.

with all the many hours and days of showing the police officer kneeling of the man's neck, I have seen absolutely nothing about why the officer was doing that. Did he just do that for fun? Did he just pick someone that was just walking down the sidewalk? I would like to know what was the cause of this event. There has to be something that happened that caused four police officers to subdue this man.

Courts don’t work like that anymore.
If you are caught on film or video doing what you were caught for, you’re all done.
What’s to argue.

His lungs were compressed they could not expand. Hence he said he couldn’t breathe.

Video evidence cannot prove intent.

In any case, the autopsy of George Floyd's body revealed he had tested positive for Covid-19. This on top of coronary artery disease, hypertensive heart disease, diabetes, and intoxication. I reckon Chauvin and his comrades should be a mite concerned about that.

Your comment has nothing in relation to mine. You might want to have someone who can read at a 5th grade level help you.
