Cities need to establish designated areas within the city limits for peaceful protests. The protestors should be restricted to the designated areas where they can be controlled and not be allowed to roam the streets where they can be joined by those who are not there for the right reasons. When allowed to stroll around the streets of the cities and joined by members of ANTIFA and other thugs, the peaceful protest will soon get out of control. The establishment of restricted areas for protests should be implemented immediately in all cities across the nation.

By doing so you could segregate the wheat, those who are conducting peaceful demonstrations, from the chaff, those who are breaking and entering into business establishments. It would be so much easier for large cities to control the potential thefts and arsons caused by the bad guys!

DESIGNATED PEACEFUL Protest Areas already exist, ... in every city. People wanting to hold PEACEFUL protests can do so almost anywhere in the USA, .... no one objects, but some permits and planning for the safety of the public and protestors may be required.
Just don't start with the arson, vandalism, assaults on police, etc. .... then try to bullsh!t everyone by calling it a PEACEFUL Protest!

That alone makes the whole country a Potential PEACEFUL Protest area, designated by the First Amendment.

How do you protect the peaceful protestors, police officers, businesses when the peaceful protects turns violent. Wouldn’t you have to establish rules, particularly in high density areas like New York to preclude this from happening? You’re not denying the peaceful protest just restricting where the protests can take place to protect those from infiltration.

Oh, I see they get a permit to roam throughout the city gathering infiltrators along the way which soon makes the protest heavily weighted with violent demonstrators. It then becomes becomes violent and destructive and the police, businesses, and peaceful protestors are then placed at risk. The protests need to be permitted but restricted to designated areas. Put them inside a football stadium and broadcast it. Just need to get these clowns off the street!
Those violent protestors who decide to roam who attempt to destroy a business can be immediately arrested because they are there for arsony, looting and property damage because they can now be segregated from those who are the peaceful protestors!
