Yes, the Republican Party sucks a lot of the time, The last great Republican was Ronald Reagan But it’s a binary choice and if you’re not stupid, you’ll always go with the pro-gun, anti-Antifa party.

By Democrat design, the marauders in Black Lives Matter and Antifa have no stake in America — their womyn studies degree ensures they have no job, no future, no family, and $150,000 in debt. Hell, why not riot?

First off, monsters always seek to kill their creators. But there is also the reality of the logistics of the situation: Antifa knows Democrats are cucks who will allow them to riot. Antifa knows Democrat-run cities have gun control laws that ensure you remain defenseless.

Now seems like a good time to tell you about my weekend…
Out here in the sticks — you know, Rural America, that place you oh-so sophisticated Blue State Dwellers call the hinterlands, it was — no joke — the most beautiful weekend of the year. It was just perfect, and everyone in my neighborhood mowed their lawns and grilled meat while the kids rode bikes… I topped my Saturday night with a good book and a Pabst Blue Ribbon tallboy on the porch followed by a Western on my 60-inch plasma. I then went to bed with the windows open so my wife and I could fall asleep to the sound of crickets and the smell of freshly cut grass. And I did it all again on Sunday (except I watched a war movie instead of a Western)…
Now, I’m no idiot. There are always two loaded firearms within reach of my bed. But that’s about preparation, not fear, and if Antifa (or anyone) is ever stupid enough to move their marauding to my neck of the woods, all they’re going to discover are alert dogs, security lights, and patriots who believe in the Second Amendment.

But Antifa knows that, which is why they don’t come here…

Let me ask you… How did it feel the other night when the same Democrat-led (for 48 years) Minneapolis police department that did what it did to George Floyd abandoned you… Did you feel like you were owning the Orange Bad Man?
Let me ask you… While you were cowering in a home lit only by the nearby fires… As you cradled your family and inhaled smoke coming from your job burning down… As you prayed to Gaia that no one would come because you had no way to defend yourself… Did you feel like you were owning the NRA?
Last question… As you were sitting terrified at home watching Antifa screamed “Fuck Trump” and burn your neighborhood down on CNNLOL while CNNLOL spread the lie that blamed the violence on the Russians and white supremacists… Did you feel like you were owning Fox News?

Let us establish one point definitively: Bill Clinton didn’t balance the budget. Yes, he was there when it happened. But the record shows that was about the extent of his contribution.

Many in the media have flubbed this story. The New York Times on October 1st, 1998, said, “Clinton balances the budget.” Others have praised George Bush. Political analyst Bill Schneider declared on CNN that Bush was one of “the real heroes” for his willingness to raise taxes. (Once upon a time, lying was something that was considered wrong in Washington, but our standards have dropped.) In any case, crediting George Bush for the end of the deficit requires some nifty logical somersaults, since the deficit hit its Mount Everest peak of $290 billion in George’s last year in office.

And 1993 — the year of the giant Clinton tax hike — was not the turning point in the deficit wars, either. In fact, in 1995, two years after that tax hike, the budget baseline submitted by the president’s own Office of Management and Budget and the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office predicted $200 billion deficits for as far as the eye could see. The figure shows the Clinton deficit baseline. What changed this bleak outlook?

Newt Gingrich and company — despite their faults, did just that — although they received virtually no recognition or credit for balancing the budget. The temporary surplus the nation enjoyed was, in large part, a byproduct of the GOP’s single‐​minded crusade to end 30 years of red ink. Gingrich’s finest hour as Speaker came in March 1995 when he rallied the entire Republican House caucus behind the idea of eliminating the deficit within seven years.

As of October 8, 1998, we had a balanced budget that was mostly a result of 1) an exceptionally strong economy that created multi-sources of new tax revenues and 2) a shrinking military budget. Social spending was still soaring with costs of more than $1 trillion.

Skeptics said it could not be done in seven years. The GOP did it in four.

Contrast this with the Clinton fiscal record. Recall that it was the Clinton White House that fought Republicans every inch of the way in balancing the budget in 1995. When Republicans proposed their own balanced‐​budget plan, the White House waged a shameless Medicare campaign to torpedo the plan — a campaign that the Washington Post slammed as “pure demagoguery.” It was Bill Clinton who, during the big budget fight in 1995, had to submit not one, not two, but five budgets until he begrudgingly matched the GOP’s balanced‐​budget plan. In fact, during the height of the budget wars in the summer of 1995, the Clinton administration admitted that “balancing the budget is not one of our top priorities.”

And lest we forget, it was Bill Clinton and his wife who tried to engineer a federal takeover of the health care system — a plan that would have sent the government’s finances into the stratosphere. Tom Delay was right: for Clinton to take credit for the balanced budget is like Chicago Cubs pitcher Steve Trachsel taking credit for delivering the pitch to Mark McGuire that he hit out of the park for his 62nd home run.

The figure shows that the actual cumulative budget deficit from 1994 to 1998 was almost $600 billion below the Clintonomics baseline. Part of the explanation for the balanced budget is that Republicans in Congress had the common sense to reject the most reckless features of Clintonomics. In 1998, Bill Clinton’s budget proposed more than $100 billion in new social spending — proposals that were mostly tossed overboard. It’s funny, but back in January, 1998, the White House didn’t seem too concerned about saving the surplus for “shoring up Social Security.”

People sure don't know much about how the Federal Government works. The House of Representatives is the sole arbiter of money. The President can suggest a budget but the House holds the purse strings. This isn't Space Science, it's civics as taught in schools in the 1950s.
