George Floyd didn't die from getting drunk, he didn't die entering the store, he didn't die from trying to spend bogus currency, he didn't die when the cops cuffed him, he died during or immediately after he was face down on the street where a cop planted a knee on his neck and held him there for 8 freaking minutes.
The criminal complaint filed against Derek Chauvin is 3rd degree murder and 2nd degree manslaughter, the original autopsy is cited in that complaint.
