One of the very first things in office was try and drop sanctions on Russia and had to be forced to enforce new sanctions imposed by congress.
The he invited half the Russian embassy into the WH and shared classified information with them forcing Israel to extract a long embed spy before he was killed.

While Biden didn't specify any potential charges against Trump, he did sound off about Attorney General William Barr and said a president is not "entitled" to direct either a prosecution or decide to drop a case.
But a Vice President can direct prosecution of or decide to drop a case even when it is in another country as long as it is a benefit to his son from what I know about Biden.

It was Adam Shitt that wouldn’t allow Republicans to ask questions or choose their own witnesses.
