Archie, it is quite simple. If you are a Democrat under jurisdiction of the DOJ or the FBI or live in a Democrat controlled state it is simply a minor infraction and standard operating procedure. If anyone offers to testify against you they run the risk of involuntary suicide if the crime would be serious in a normal society. On the other hand if you are a Republican you will be crucified in the media and thrown in jail even if no evidence exists. We still have the Obama influence in our legal system as Trump failed to completely clean house.

No I think since trump has set the bar so high,people have got used to it the republicans don't seem to care what Trump did but all of the sudden their worried about what joe did. As far as Uncle Joe and his groping goes, I'm a Republican and don't think it is that bad. Some people are just naturally touchy feeley people and sometimes it steps over the line. Women can really get away with the touchy feeley stuff and it doesn't look so bad when they do it. A touch of the arm, feeling the hair, etc. And they especially do it with other women on occasion. Myself, I'm a little touchy feeley, but I don't think anywhere near Uncle Joe, grabbing kids on stage and other's wives, etc. But the case in question at this time seems more then a step over the line. Penetration, no matter how slight constitutes rape. But he is a Democrat and will be forgiven and untouched by it all. He will never get the Kavanaugh treatment although his accuser is far more credible. And the Republicans will let him get away with it. Trump might not.
