Well, here's something else, I agree with you conservatives--a photo ID should be required to vote--but it should be provided by the state as part of registering to vote. When you get your driver's license and are 18 or older you are automatically registered and a photo ID is generated. Problem solved. As for illegal aliens, a clause is added to their DL indicating they are illegal and unable to register to vote. The second problem solved. You conservatives, of course, will be dreaming up other ways we Democrats are cheating but we will have to cross that bridge when we come to it...

If someone is born at home they have a licensed midwife and they file the birth certificate. There is no one in this country who is not able in one form or another to get an ID. Sorry unless u can come up with some reference I don't think so but does sound like something a dem would push

Like I said in maybe 10 more yrs not all people born in America have a birth certificate with our without a midwife
