It wasn't intelligence. He had help from the Russians and Comey reopening the investigation into Hillary with just ten days to go. Trump only won by 77,000 votes spread over 3 states which works out to a fraction of a percent in voters voting one way vs the other. No "smarts" were needed when the stupid is what stupid does...and electing Trump was probably the stupidest thing this country has ever done!
