Phillips actually offered these men a generic wedding cake, but refused to make a custom cake for them, as THAT would go against his core beliefs. And they could have done what most people would, take their business elsewhere, (which is what the homosexual community assured everyone they would do, when the issue of targeting Christian businesses came up during the discussion over homosexual marriage.) These men TARGETED Phillips' business BECAUSE he was a Christian. They were hoping to destroy any semblance of religious freedom, they just didn't succeed. But this is the goal, which is why they are going after him again. He can't be allowed to defy this agenda or openly express his faith, people are supposed to knuckled under.

One of the reasons we do not ever post our true names and addresses on ANY chat line, including this one is because of the LGBTQ activists. Over the years, they have threatened Christians who work with children to help the children heal from abuse in childhood is because we firmly believe that same sex attraction is not a genetic creation but often a result of abuse or neglect in childhood. Many of the boys we have worked with go through a period when they believe that they are attracted to men or that they are really girls in boys bodies. Without discussing that directly we help them realize their true identity as they heal from the damage. We have gotten threats from the activist because of that, but others who have been part of our Christian therapy groups have had their houses burned or their car tires slashed. Two in California near SanFrancisco years ago had their pets killed by a couple of homosexual activists. Frankly, I don't care if they have sex with each other, but don't tell me that your behavior is normal and blessed by God, and stay away from children under 18!!!!!

As far as the Word of God (the Bible,) is concerned, the practice of homosexuality is quite clear. It is sin. Period. In the secular world, homosexuality is a mental disorder. When the American Psychiatric Association removed homosexuality from their diagnostic manual as a mental disorder in 1973, they admitted there was NO scientific or medical reason for the removal. Homosexuality was removed as mental disorder because of intense political pressure, and because militant, violent homosexuals were picketing the doctors' homes and threatening their families. And in the decades since, there has been NO scientific, or medical proof found, that homosexuals are in fact "born that way", (and there have been numerous studies done to TRY to prove just that.) Keep in mind it is the "practice of homosexuality" God considers a sin. He loves ALL his children, but rightfully expects them to follow His commandments. And this new elevation of the mental disorder of transgenderism is especially harmful. It encourages people to mutilate themselves, or chemically alter their bodies, (it has sunk so low that young children are now being abused in the name of this disorder.) And NPP is right, any criticism of this dangerous disorder can result in loss of employment, ridicule, and yes violence Mr. Phillips should be thanked for taking on this burden and fighting these radicals.

The behavior is mentioned, and not the word "gay". Which means happy, and not sexual insanity, immoral lifestyle..or acts of terrorism.
