It is martial law and not completely under it, but some governors want it that way.

Under martial law, civilian courts do not function and law enforcement becomes the purview of the military. According to Ex Parte Milligan 1866, the SCOTUS ruled that martial law can only be imposed when civil authority cannot function, and can only be imposed on the area[s] affected, and only for the length of time it takes civil authority to function again. There are two types of martial law; qualified, in which law enforcement is aided by the military. This is most common in natural disasters when local law and medical/rescue personnel just don't have the equipment or manpower to cope. This is common when a state of emergency is declared.
The other is complete martial law in which the military has control over law enforcement. Rights are suspended and the military is in complete control. This is the one subject to the SCOTUS limitations I mentioned earlier. One type is benign and civil authority retains or mostly retains control. The other the military is in charge. Martial Law of the type you say is imminent requires a declaration by either a governor or the president. Martial Law has been declared about 70 times in this country; usually by a governor for a temporary state of emergency due to natural disaster. Most have been qualified martial law, with the military aiding and assisting, rather than supplanting civil authority.

What don't what Marshall Law is, but there is no proof that setting up hospitals is an act of Martial Law. Could you please provide the so-called presidents edict for Martial Law, since that's who has to perform the task. Not Congress.

Is that the day, when sheriff's call themselves "Marshall's"?

What’s coming next is much worse and will remain for the rest of our lives.

Please seek out your local Militias and go meet with them, call everyone UP!

This is how it’s going to go DOWN.

Hahaha... The “militias” are home where they’re supposed to be, watching Netflix and emptying bags of potato chips.
