She was hoping we would all forget about her crimes and those of the Obama/Clinton cabal because of the pandemic. Nope! DOJ and Judicial Watch are still hot on the trail.

After Hillary Tries To Dodge Benghazi Deposition – The State Department Drops Their Government Gavel
By Ben Dutka|April 8, 2020

Hillary Clinton won’t get out of this one.

Back in March, a judge ordered her to issue a sworn deposition concerning her private email server and the 2012 Benghazi tragedy.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth made it crystal clear — he said: “it is time to hear directly from Secretary Clinton.” Guess what happened next?

Unsurprisingly, Clinton and her legal team don’t want to comply.

They recently tried to convince an appeals court to let her out of the judge-ordered deposition—but Hillary didn’t find any luck there.

The legal effort launched by Judicial Watch won’t be thwarted by Hillary’s legal team! Why? Because the State Department is standing up to Clinton.

DOJ appeals lawyer Mark Freeman explains (via the Washington Examiner):

This is the rare situation in which discovery of a former Cabinet Secretary was not authorized for the impermissible purpose of probing internal government decision-making regarding official policy…

…but rather to focus on the impact on FOIA compliance of a former official’s unusual decision to use a private email server to systematically conduct large volumes of official business.

YES. We need to focus on Clinton’s use of her private email server, and if, when, and how she used it for official business.

Of course, this directly relates to the Benghazi fallout, something Hillary might never be able to escape.

And she won’t be able to escape this deposition, either. Her legal team called Judicial Watch’s depositions of Clinton “inappropriate” and “a clear abuse of discretion.”

But this appeals court obviously doesn’t agree.

More than that, they too wish to hear from former Secretary Clinton: it’s high time she made some official statements in court.

For years, America has been hoping for answers. They deserve to know how Hillary acted and if she broke the law, she must be held accountable.

Therefore, let’s hope things move forward quickly!

SHARE if you’re ready to hear Hillary Clinton give her sworn deposition!

I would love to see that witch at the least apologize to the families that lost loved ones because of the Obama administrations inactions. Actually I'd rather see her on death row, but that'll never happen.

Not really liar. Bush invaded Iraq on faulty intelligence, (maybe). Those 19 Intelligence agencies you all love to point too were wrong you say about Iraq but you swear on their accuracy when it comes to Russia. You can't have it both ways. Many still believe Saddam had those weapons shipped to Syria before the invasion. Saddam had broken many U.N. Resolutions. In my opinion the world is a better place without him and his sons.
if you knew anything about the Law, or anything else for that matter you would know Hillary broke the Law. Comey admitted it. The same statute she broke has put some of our service grunts in jail. The Obama administrations Justice Department decided not to prosecute her. Why would you ever stand up for this witch?

Well, see comments from Trey Gowdy (dumb toady), below... and under a Republican represented congress why didn't Trey bring any of that up, Deep State? Or.....no case....there was no case. It has been investigated by Republicans for nearly 8 years...THERE IS NO CASE. Well, on the other hand we certainly know how thorough Republicans investigated the Democrats case for Impeachment, do you hear Democrats whining about Mitch's schemes?

The U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence delivered their bipartisan report on the terrorist attacks on January 15, 2014. The majority of the committee offered the following conclusions:

-The attacks were preventable.
-There were no protests in the area prior to the attack.
-Although the attack did not arise from prior protests, it "did not require significant amounts of preplanning".
Terrorists who participated in the attacks included members of al-Qa'ida in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb,
Ansar al-Sharia, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, and the Mohammad Jamal Network.
-The CIA talking points were flawed but still "painted a mostly accurate picture of the IC's analysis of the
Benghazi attacks at that time, in an unclassified form and without compromising the nascent [FBI]
investigation of the attacks".
-In general, the majority concluded "that the inter-agency coordination process on the talking points followed
normal, but rushed coordination procedures and that there were no efforts by the White House or any other
Executive Branch entities to 'cover-up' facts or make alterations for political purposes".

...so what did Hillary do, what did Obama do?

House Republicans investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, have found no new evidence to conclude that Hillary Clinton, secretary of state at the time, was culpable in the deaths of four Americans, according to the committee’s final report released on Tuesday.

The 800-page document released by the Republicans on the House select committee on Benghazi brought to a close a fiercely partisan, two-year, $7m investigation that included interviews with more than 80 witnesses. The report reveals new details about the night of the attack and concludes that the Obama administration failed to recognize the possibility of it happening.

Ambassador Christopher Stevens, his state department colleague Sean Smith and former Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed when Islamist militants stormed the US consulate in Benghazi on 11 September 2012. Controversy has raged ever since over the chain of events and how much support the men had from Washington.

The White House noted tersely that this was the eighth congressional committee to investigate the attacks and went on longer than the 9/11 commission and the committees designated to look at Pearl Harbor, the assassination of President John F Kennedy, the Iran-Contra affair and Watergate. It accused Republicans of pursuing “wild conspiracy theories”.

Committee chairman Trey Gowdy, a Republican from South Carolina, denied that presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Clinton was the target. “When the select committee was formed, I promised to conduct this investigation in a manner worthy of the American people’s respect, and worthy of the memory of those who died,” he said.

“That is exactly what my colleagues and I have done. Now, I simply ask the American people to read this report for themselves, look at the evidence we have collected, and reach their own conclusions.”

But a split emerged among Republicans on the committee. Two members, Jim Jordan and Mike Pompeo, issued a 48-page supplementary report more forthright in its criticism. It says: “What we did find was a tragic failure of leadership – in the run-up to the attack and the night of – and an administration that, so blinded by politics and its desire to win an election, disregarded a basic duty of government: tell the people the truth. And for those reasons Benghazi is, and always will be, an American tragedy.”

Jordan, from Ohio, and Pompeo, from Kansas, were equally blunt in their condemnation of Clinton in particular. “Secretary Clinton and the administration told one story privately – that Benghazi was a terrorist attack – and told another story publicly – blaming a video-inspired protest,” they wrote.

Pressed on whether he believed that Clinton lied, Gowdy declined to give a direct answer, telling journalists to read the report. “You’re going to have to decide that for yourself,” he said.

Kiss my a**. The congress doesn’t prosecute dummy. That would be the Justice Department. I know plenty of Veterans who were stationed close enough to to have gotten to the people being attacked within hours. The Obama administration made a conscious decision to leave those Americans on their own.

That is correct! If Congress has any evidence of wrongdoing they turn it over to the Justice Department to investigate and if necessary, who brings forth indictments and prosecution. This is a deposition that Hillary has tried to avoid through legal maneuvering and the Court finally decided to have her account for her actions by given her deposition to Judicial watch attorneys. The fun is just beginning in the eventual unraveling of the Obama/Clinton cabal and coup against Trump.

If we are still a country ruled by law in another fifty years and not by a one-world government, History will not be kind to these people. It all depends on who gets to write the history, or should I say, whoever gets to censor history.
