Well, in Wisconsin, the governor is a Democrat, and the Legislature is Republican led. The place where they had most of the problems was in Milwaukee, a city nearly always led by Democrats. Because of the laws put in place by both Dem and Rep regimes in the past, they could not postpone the election, nor demand that people vote by absentee. I voted in person, and in our area, poll workers and clerks took extraordinary precautions, as did most voters-stayed at least 6 feet apart, many wore masks, the poll workers and ballot people did not touch any person or the ID needed to vote. Very well done, so I guess I would suggest that before you make blanket statements about whether or not one group as a whole cares or does not care about the people and their lives, that you have some concrete evidence to show that-a hard thing to do when you are putting millions of people of either party in the same box. Nancy Pelosi, the mayor of Chicago, the mayor of New York, and others have shown that their politics mean more than any person - I refer you to San Francisco's city of homeless and filth within that once beautiful city, people who encouraged others to mingle and get out and celebrate-those who called the president xenophobic for shutting travelers from China back in January, and the liars in the media who edit his statements to suit their agendas and continue to give China a pass for its lies and responsibility for this pandemic. there will be no announcement of winners till the 13th according to the newspapers-not sure I believe that either. But there was a lot on the ballot-a state Constitutional amendment, a state Supreme Court justice and some local offices.

Cuomo and DeBlasio are the two biggest causes of the problem in New York, are you kidding? They are the ones that in the early part of March were on TV telling New Yorkers to go out and enjoy all that New York has to offer, this virus isn’t going to hurt New Yorkers. That was deadly bad advice. They should have been giving shelter in place orders instead. Now they have tens of thousands of dead New Yorkers on their hands and Andrew Cuomo gets on TV every day and rambles on and on for hours and cries about how he needs forty thousand ventilators and if President Trump doesn’t get them here by this afternoon he’s going to have blood on his hands. Cuomo has mishandled this entire crisis from day one and still is. Just because he gets on TV and rambles on for hours every day doesn’t mean he’s on top of things. Trump has had to hold his hand and do darn near everything for the governor.

It was Trump that secured the ventilators that Cuomo should have had gotten on his own when he was warned of a pandemic years ago and spent the designated funds on other projects instead. It was Trump that got the hospital ship The Comfort for him in New York Harbor, it was Trump who built the hospital in the Javitz Center in Downtown NYC for the Governor, it was Trump that secured 90%of his personal protection equipment that is actually the governor’s responsibility to get, not the federal government’s. The federal government is doing almost everything for New York. They are supposed to be the secondary source of supplies not the main source, but Cuomo is relying almost entirely on Trump.

Bottom line is, if Cuomo would have been as on top of things as a lot of other governors have been, New York could have been spared up to 80% of the lives that they lost, according to officials today. I would not make Andrew Cuomo dog catcher in a two horse town, much less corona virus czar!
