I recall that I said that he had no chance of being nominated. I thought it was just a publicity stunt. However, as I watched and listened to him face off against the other 16 candidates, I began to see him a head and shoulders above all the others including Ted Cruz who I originally supported. So, my wife and I voted for him and on election night, we watched in amazement as the results unfolded. We were glued to the TV when the announcement was made that he won. I said to my wife - he won't get anything done because the Dems and Rinos will stop him dead in his tracks. Well, thank God I've been totally wrong on everything except casting my ballot for him. What I will never understand about the SlimStreamMedia and the Dems, is that according to them, he has not done one thing right - not even once have they said - nice job, we support your action. You don't have to like the guy - but the hate towards him by the SSM and Dems is amazing. (You know, even a blind squirrel will find an acorn every now and again.). But, in the long run, the American people have seen through all of that - especially since they neither the SSM or Dems have changed their attitude towards him during this coronavirus crisis.

I agree with you. Also, I want to add that this guy who writes under the name Kevyn is mentally ill. No matter what Trump does, even if he does or says something that is right or beneficial, Kevyn has a word of hatred for Trump. It seems to me that this gentleman Kevyn, does not contribute something useful to this forum. Just as he frequently uses the words "racist" or "fascist" or another insult to offend anyone who disagrees with what he says, he can be accused of being full of hatred.

I call BS on this post.

The unbelievable hate and obstruction shown to this president are unbelievable.

We the people and our representatives are responsible for this mess.

Failure to heed shelter-in-place recommendations, failure to cover our mouths and noses, failure to wash our hands.

I have complained about the lack of sanitary practices of the wait and sales staff in our restaurants and fast food service before this virus even arrived. Buffets were not even an option. Do you honestly think everyone is washing their hands properly before they get food at the food bars?

A few years ago a television program tested the trays in fast food entities and said to buy your food as take-out, then use the bag as your placemat. The trays and tables are not sanitary. We won't even get take-out right now. Who knows if a worker is a carrier and is not presenting as sick?

How many of us cover our mouths every time we cough, and then wash our hands?
How many of us always wash our hands after going to the restroom? How many of us always wash our hands after shaking hands?
How many of us cover our mouths and noses going to the grocery store and anywhere else during this crisis?


We the people, we are to blame. We didn't take heed and act. We waited like sheep for our city, county, state, and national leaders to give us direction. The buck stops with us. Therefore, once again, BLAMING TRUMP is BS.

President Trump is one of those once in a lifetime guys. All that negativity and he still perseveres. Why? Look at a rally sometime, see a walking wounded vet smile at him. THAT'S his payoff Does he care about the big salaries or the family business that his kids run? He's a freakin' Billionaire. Nope it's that smile! I'm surprised nobody else caught it.
