Oh there is an obvious solution to the problem...but 'We the People' refuse...or are too lazy or ignorant to act. If we all got off of our collective butts and signed the requests underway in all 50 states for a Constitutional Convention (as outlined in the US Constitution) we could (a) require term limits for all in Congress, (b) require a federal balanced budget as all of us must do, and (c) provide the president with a line item veto as several states have done (to eliminate local favorite 'pork' promoted by the swamp lobbyists. Wisconsin is one such state and it seems to have worked there as the state is able to generally operate with a balanced budget). Thirteen states have already approved a call for a Constitutional Convention of the States, and another 21 must do so (34 nine in total to make it happen) and 'We the People' might be able to retake control of the DC Swamp....See Article 5 of the US Constitution.

Symphonies and opera companies across the country are in bad financial shape anyway; this virus shutdown could be devastating. The Kennedy Center is America's prime venue and can't be allowed to fail.
I have seaon tix to the San Francisco opera; my partner and I are not asking for a refund of the remaining performances and activities dues, but donating them.

Although Trump signed the bill, he refused to permit ANY oversight on how corporations spend the money. We can expect corporations to use the money to buy back a lot of their stock now that the market has tanked. For Trump, business as usual.
