Cutting $6.7 Billion in Healthcare during a global pandemic isn't good policy. Especially if it prevents New Yorkers from getting the benefit of the stimulus.

But Cuomo could sell those ventilators off for a nice price eh? To raise cash?

New York doesn't even have the staff or facilities to administer thirty thousand ventilators.
