Close the border but don't take our freedom!!

I am beginning to think that we should do nothing if it hinders our freedom in any way, shape or form. It is simply coming too easy to remove one freedom after another.

Sure work to be ready for the sick, teach people how to avoid exposure, support healthcare facilities, etc but DO NOT RESTRICT OUR FREEDOMS. We died for our freedom why lose it because we are afraid to die, which the vast majority of us won't do anyway!! We claim we would rather die than have our guns taken so why lose our heads about this??

I agree with what you've said. It seems to me that there is "no end game", i.e., when will it all end, or better said, what is it (what event or metrics) that will trigger that everything is okay and there is no cause for alarm anymore. From everything I've read or seen on the news all of that is still being worked out. But until then, I will say to all of this "Why the panic?" Hopefully conclusive answers will be forthcoming.

Panic and fear will solve nothing. Live your life as carefully as possible, but live your life. Before we die of the Corona virus or go into a frantic depression, we could be killed in a car accident or die of the regular (if there is such a thing) flu. We don’t know what life has in store for us. Solve one problem at a time. Praise God and try to live by his laws.
