Here is an example of the Trump knee jerk reaction to a crisis when he just steps to the podium and announces a travel ban without any plans on what can happen. So there was no preparation when he made the announcement now the these AMERICAN citizens were put at great risk.
But this is Trump not being pro active but re active to self inflicted problems. Now without any preparation he now expands the travel ban to Ireland and the UK because he was taking a lot of heat because Trump owns property in the UK and Ireland so politically he was going to get hammered so he had no choice. But not to worry Trump has another Avenue by creating a bailout bill paid by the AMERICAN tax payer for hotel and resort owners. He knew it would not pass in the democrat house so all he had to do is create an National Emergency now Trump Alone can transfer and create subsidies for the hotel and resort owners. But the hotel industry continues to lay off there employees and Trump will be able to cut himself a check from the federal government paid for by the AMERICAN taxpayer.
But the American tax payer will never find out how much of those emergency funds ended up in the Trump family pocket. Because he is paying millions of dollars out of his campaign funds to pay legal fees to prevent his tax returns from being released. If he gets his way it will be millions.
But that’s okay Trump supporters will be happy to see Trump gain great wealth he needs it more than his supporters do.
I can assure you that the first run of checks coming out of those federal emergency funds will be cut to Trump organization and his family interest and the AMERICAN taxpayer will never know how much Trump put in his pocket.

As an American Taxpayer I fail to see that Trump is the only one benefitting from taxpayer monies. I see money's going to both Democrats and Republican Public? Servents?. Let's stop the spread by stopping airplanes for several weeks. As I recall all planes were grounded after 9/11. What a blessed time. No noise from the air and no graffiti from contrails in the skies. I remember a comment at that time about how it was when we were young and used to rush outside to look up whenever we heard the noise of an airplane. Certainly was a quieter world then. Pelosi's airplane trips to her constituents should be paid by her or people from San Francisco only, not by taxpayers from all over the country.

I seem to remember the H1N1 virus during the Obama administration. Where 59 million Americans contracted it, 265,000 were hospitalized and 12,000 died. The response of the mainstream media: crickets.
But under Trump, there have been 3,115 reported cases of coronavirus in the US and 60 deaths. And the response of the mainstream media: nonstop, 24/7 negative coverage.
