I was blessed, thank you! I love Red too! My all-time favorite comedian. š¤ š
As a child my Father had all of us watch this when it was recited on TV one time..
I never forgot it and you can bet my son saw it many times thereafter!!!
Do you believe I can watch it now and it still makes me cry with pride~~ I know, silly, but it does... The Red Skelton show was a favorite of my parents ... Later I started collecting them too.. He was hysterically funny... But I always remembered his pledge~~ā¤ļø
Thank you Lindajoy. Duly bookmarked for frequent reference.

Red was so much better than current so called comedians who depend on profanity and running down the President for their act due to a lack of talent.
The late night shows have not been the same since Jay Leno was forced out.

I must agree... why they find the need for bad mouthing or profanity must mean they have nothing else to say~~

Your head is screwed on right and you've got a good, sweet, heart; so I knew you had great parents. They gave you the building blocks and you earned your wings. Yep, grew up sitting crossed legged in front of the TV watching Red, every Tuesday night I think. And his pledge always gets me and drives it home what it means. We almost lost her.
I looked around and didn't see anyone who could save us. Everyone was licking their chops waiting to devour us, then Trump stepped up.
Barr, Durham, and Wray need to arrest someone and soon. The squishy are losing faith. Anons are saying they think the 17th may be the day. It's a number that keeps popping up in reference to the 17 FISA lies. Q says there is no step 5 and they have all the evidence so I hope they aren't waiting until after the elections. Kids are still being snatched and murdered, maybe they have leads on more they want to save before the hammer drops. It's the only valid excuse they have to delay in my opinion.
Enough of that. Have a great day, enjoy your chocolate, vino, and music. Try and stay healthy, you're one of my younger heroes. I'd hate to lose you.

They have no talent. Bill Cosby, Bob Newhart, Johnathan Wintersall had talent and class (cept fer Bill though)

Nobody funnier than Richard Pryor before the drugs took him down a few pegs. Early Pryor was as funny as it gets.
