Laws should be changed, it should be on the table, it just may be a loophole, but why should an impeached president be allowed to run again? To be impeached the character of the person has been proven to be skeptical of anything coming close to a person of integrity, and unlike what the new right believes, integrity should be a part of the stature of the person running for the leadership of our country.

So how did JFK get elected when he was screwing everything in sight? How did Nixon get elected when he was funding anti opposition events behind the corridors of power?
How did Clinton get elected with a mile of a$$ behind him?

Yes, however she is not a criminal and traitor and won the popular vote. That aside if she behaved in the self serving way trump has she would have been removed as Secretary of State.

She did behave in the self serving way.

Bleaching servers? Benghazi? $500K speeches while collecting for the Clinton Foundation? Funding the Steele dossier thru Fusion GPS? Shaming Bill Clinton assault/rape victims?

She's as self serving as it gets.

Who voted "No"

Rep. Collin Peterson (D-Minn.), who has represented Minnesota's 7th district since 1991. His district pivoted to support Trump after voting in Obama for two terms.
Rep. Jeff Van Drew (D-N.J.), a freshman Democrat in New Jersey's 2nd district who is expected to go Republican. He has voted against Trump on nearly all issues except impeachment. His district swung to support Trump in 2016 after voting in Obama for two terms.
Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine), a freshman, followed through on his promise to vote yes for the impeachment article accusing Trump of abusing his power — but not the second, which alleges that Trump obstructed Congress.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), the only House Democrat to remain publicly undecided on impeachment at the 11th hour, voted "present" for both articles. She was elected to Hawaii's 2nd district in 2013, which remained blue in 2016 as a historically Democratic state.
Gabbard characterized her vote as "standing in the center," saying in a statement that she "could not in good conscience vote against impeachment because I believe President Trump is guilty of wrongdoing" — but that a vote for this impeachment would be part of a "partisan process."
b Who voted "No" /b br br b Rep. Col... (show quote)

Big shit, Tulsi, like that counts.

What does screwing have to do with running the country? If it did Trump wouldn't be in the Oval Office, our bar has gotten significantly lower.

Look back at your unhinged rants and then realize how low you have set the bar for your definition of debate. Like a typical lefty you whine and throw a fit when disagreed with. To try and fail is a victory of sorts. To fail and whine makes you a bratty loser.

Oh shut-up, I'm sick of listening to your whine. I've never thrown a fit, but you're just another lying righty. You're the Loser every time, can't debate to save your life.

============
The most notorious liars are the radical democrats, including you.
They are the most dishonest, corrupt, fraudulent, hungry of power and wealth. E.g. Barack Obama, Hillary and Bill. Joe Biden, Sanders, and all the radical liberals in Congress like Adam Schitt, Nadler, Pelosi, Schumer. They must be held accountable for their crimes, and be locked up.

Each you have mentioned, won overwhelmingly, unquestionably. Not Bush nor Trump, both under suspicion of a crooked win. Simply put you guys can only win by cheating.
