Hiding behind a carefully woven pseudo scientific mask IS only successful while self-contained within that same 90% + crowd of like-thinking earth dwellers who have chosen to cloak themselves in their own brand of self-righteous, moral indignation toward all we nonbelievers/nonparticipants in their religious ritual deification of all things green.

It is the audacious effrontery of having thinking people see right through that oh so carefully woven veil of global warming/climate change/the sky-is-falling deception that occasionally pierces your own hypnotic, self chosen blinders.

What wayward man has determined to call nonrenewable natural resource is produced from the remains of ancient life (coal, oil, natural gas), explaining the idea of "fossilized energy" formed over long periods of time when dead plant material was buried and subjected to high heat and pressure - this is the idea that when we use fossil fuels, we are using energy that was stored by photosynthesis 300mya, so we are recovering "fossilized energy."

The total expenditure of energy in the world each year is about 3 × 10 17 kJ. Today, more than 80% of this energy is provided by the combustion of fossil fuels: oil, coal, and natural gas, for which, God through His providence for mankind, has placed deposits, which are found located throughout the world, though some areas have a larger supply than others.

This is an effrontery to the self-righteousness of man; we would now create our own "self-sustaining" fuel..., for cannot we, in our self-deification, do so better than God?

… Discovered Way For Bacteria to Eat Plastic

In July 2018, The Independent reported about Morgan Vague, a biology student at Reed College in Oregon, who may have found a solution to one of the most urgent environmental crises in the world. She discovered a breeding bacteria that can “eat” plastic and break it down into by-products that are harmless.

Retired professor of climatology, Dr. Tim Ball argued that climate data has been manipulated and climate issues have focused on computer models rather than empirical data. Ball contends that studies showing a rise in temperatures caused by human activity ignores research that indicates that "the world’s been warming up since about 1680" and that this is "well within any natural range." He believes that mainstream scientists have only looked at human causes and not the natural ones. In contrast to reports and most people’s sense that storms and hurricanes are more frequent and severe, Ball said that "the actual record shows that there has been a decrease in severe storms."

Ball welcomes the warming trend, since he says plants and animals can adapt better to rising temperatures than cooler ones, although he said that there will be a cooling period "by 2030." Ball also believes that the perception that plastics are severely polluting the oceans is not due to too much plastic being produced and thrown away, but that ships carrying the plastics to China and other places overseas for recycling simply dumped their cargos when the industry became depressed and the plastic was not worth transporting to its destination. He also contends that the idea of human-caused climate change is politically motivated by those who believe that "we need socialism from pole to pole." He concluded that "there is far too much emotionalism in the discussion of these issues."

TAX... Who is speaking about tax.. carbon tax was a solution proposed some years ago and still has merit. but no one has proposed such a tax for decade or more..

The tax that you and I should be concerned is the intent to tax gun ownership..

With all the whining about losing your guns, which is never going to happen.. what may happen is a tax of ownership of a gun..

Precedent is clear.. we pay tax on cars, boats and other personal property but not guns..

must be some government type drooling about adding a gun tax to all the other taxes we all pay..
