I think it is you who fail to realize a few things. The whistle blower is intimately tied to the impeachment and since Schiff had prior contact with him/her, he is also intimately linked and should have recused himself from over seeing the inquiry. And then there is Biden and his son, intimately linked to the company Burisma and at the very heart of the corruption Trump suggested the Ukraine president look into.
