Pennylynn... I see you've read even the Amendments, and understand why Mr Obama cannot be Vice-President...
But for those readers not up on the US Constitution and Its Amendments, here is what Pennylynn was saying:
The 22nd Amendment states: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice..."
The 12th Amendment states: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States..."
So, when you remember that Mr Obama has been elected to the Presidency twice, you can see he is ineligible to be President, and being ineligible to be President makes him ineligible to be Vice-President...
