Democrats in Conjunction with the United Nations Are Moving to Plan B and the Complete Subjugation of the United States

I am in possession of information regarding the coming lockdown of California by Governor Newsome. The descriptions parallel what Mike Adams wrote in his ground-breaking article three days ago.

After nearly a week of obtaining and looking for information on the coming armed insurrection against the United States, I hit several walls, until yesterday. In the next part in the series, I will tied California together with what's happening in Virginia, mix in a little Kentucky and Ohio and one has the beginnings of a civil war.

For the purpose of allowing the reader to logically proceed through battle plans being prepared for by the Deep State as the attempt to remove the man from office who is the speed bump between the globalists and what they want to do to us.
In summary review of the high-points, Mike Adams found the following:

Where is all this really headed? The bottom line goal of the enemies of America is to transform the country into a UN-occupied war zone, where UN troops go door to door, confiscating weapons from the American people. President Trump will be declared an “illegitimate dictator” and accused of war crimes, since Democrats and the media have already proven they can dream up any crime imaginable and accuse the President of that crime, without any basis in fact.

And as we know with the Dems, if they can’t rule America, they will seek to destroy it. Causing total chaos is their next best option to resisting Trump’s efforts to drain the swamp, since the Dems know they can’t defeat Trump in an honest election.

A Critical Intervening Variable: The Institute of Peace

This is exactly what I have found in two other places in America. There is, however, an important intervening variable and that is the communist United States Institute of Peace. The average American is not going to like the following.
In a move which makes the Governor of Virginia's actions completely transparent and understandable, Rep. Sheila Lee and 43 Democratic co-sponsors have introduced a bill, HR 1111, that gives away the United States to the United Nations. This bill eviscerates the Constitution, seizes guns, takes control of schools and healthcare and effectively disarms the USA. The bill essentially hands off control of every part of American life and government to the UN controlled Institute of Peace. Virginia Governor Northam is taking his cue from this document.

By the way, the bill lies dormant in Congress, why? Because they know that Trump would veto it. However, if Trump is out of the way, this bill becomes the instrument to dismantle the United States. With impeachment unlikely, it looks like Virginia, California, Kentucky and Ohio will be joining the rebellion against the Constitution. They cannot let Trump get re-elected because he stands between the globalists and the people of the United States. They are very clearly moving ahead with this plan on their own. The Peace Institute is international and it prescribes how the country will be governed going forward. In the interest of brevity, only the elements of this, related to gun confiscation, will be covered in this article.

From HR 1111 as it relates to the Peace Institute
(5) Every year more than 300,000 people are killed by gun violence around the world. In 2017, nearly 40,000 people died in the United States as a result of gun violence; the highest number of gun deaths in nearly 50 years. The rate of deaths—12 fatal shootings per 100,000 residents—is also at the highest point since the mid-1990s. Approximately 20 veterans a day commit suicide nationwide. Every day, 47 children and teens are shot, and each gun injury and fatality results in trauma to family members and loved ones. More people have died from guns in the United States since 1968 than on battlefields of all the wars in United States history.
(10) The United Nations recognizes that promotion of peace is vital for the full enjoyment of all human rights and the United Nations Declaration on the Right of Peoples to Peace mandates that preservation of the right to peace is a fundamental obligation of each country. In 1999, the United Nations adopted a Programme of Action on a Culture of Peace, stating that a culture of peace is an integral approach to preventing violence and violent conflicts, an alternative to the culture of war and violence, and is based on education for peace, the promotion of sustainable economic and social development, respect for human rights, equality between women and men, democratic participation, tolerance, and the free flow of information and disarmament. The United Nations declared the years 2001 through 2010 an International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence for the Children of the World, and the United Nations supports a culture of peace. In 2015, the UN adopted 17 sustainable development goals, including promotion of peaceful and inclusive societies.

(11) Peacebuilding is defined by the United Nations as a range of measures targeted to reduce the risk of lapsing or relapsing into conflict by strengthening national capacities at all levels for conflict management and to lay the foundations for sustainable peace and development. Peacebuilding is built upon research into the root causes of violence in the United States and the world, through promotion and promulgation of effective policies and programs that ameliorate those root causes of violence, and through providing all citizens, organizations, and governmental bodies with opportunities to learn about and practice the essential tools of nonviolent conflict resolution and peacebuilding.


There shall be in the Department an Office of Technology for Peace, the head of which shall be the Assistant Secretary for Technology for Peace. The Assistant Secretary for Technology for Peace shall carry out those functions in the Department affecting the awareness, study, and impact of developing new technologies on the creation and maintenance of domestic and international peace, and disseminate applicable policies and research in consultation with appropriate entities of the Department of State.
(b) Grants

The Assistant Secretary of Technology for Peace shall make grants for the research and development of technologies in transportation, communications, agriculture, and energy that—
(2) encourage the conservation and sustainability of natural resources in order to prevent future conflicts regarding scarce resources.
108. Office of Arms Control and Disarmament
(a)In general

There shall be in the Department an Office of Arms Control and Disarmament, the head of which shall be the Assistant Secretary for Arms Control and Disarmament. The Assistant Secretary for Arms Control and Disarmament shall carry out those functions in the Department affecting arms control programs and arms limitation agreements.
(b) Responsibilities

The Assistant Secretary for Arms Control and Disarmament shall—
(1) advise the Secretary on interagency discussions and international negotiations, including discussions involving the Secretary of State, the Atomic Energy Commission, and the Secretary of Defense, regarding the reduction and elimination of weapons of mass destruction throughout the world, including the dismantling of such weapons and the safe and secure storage of materials related thereto;
(2) assist countries (This is the takeover over of the US by the UN-It also explains Virginia and what has been found in California), international agencies, and nongovernmental organizations in assessing the locations of the buildup of nuclear arms and other weapons of mass destruction;
The Assistant Secretary for Peacebuilding Information and Research shall—
(1) commission or compile studies on the impact of war and other types of violence, especially on the physical and mental condition of children (using the 10-point anti-war agenda in the United Nations Children’s Fund report, State of the World’s Children 1996, as a guide) that shall include the study of the effect of war on the environment and public health;

Linking the Institute of Peace to the UN Kigali Principles

The following was Obama's parting gift to President elect Donald Trump. From the United States Institute of Peace:
"Implementing the 'Kigali Principles' for Peacekeeping. ... While they are framed around the protection of civilians, the responsible implementation of the Principles would address much broader challenges that undermine the effectiveness of peacekeeping operations conducted in volatile situations.

This was the complete giveaway of American sovereignty by former President Obama and Secretary of State, John Kerry. The 28 signatories of the Kigali Principles grant themselves permission to military to enter any country and under the guise of peacekeeping make the country into their own image. America has been targeted and this partners up with the Institute of Peace. They will be partners in the attempted take-down of the United States

Conclusion

Although HR 1111 has no chance of passing Congress in the present moment, it is serving as the blueprint for insurrection. This is the Democrats Plan B. This is what I wrote was coming in yesterday's article when Trump won concessions, on the new budget bill on almost everything he wanted. The Democrats appear to have raised the white flag and they are going right for the Civil War card.

In 2017, US funded UN $10 billion dollars that is 22% of all UN operating budget. And for peace keeping US provides 28%. Over all US provides 50% of the total operating,and peacekeeping budget for the UN. Don't mess with the US, UN. You are suckers and mostly useless but leeches here in America.

There are 192 countries of UN membership.
That means 182 countries pay only 19.47% of the total budget.

There are 57 Muslim countries in the UN. Each of the remaining 182 members pay .11% of 1% of the UN budget.

Shame of them. The Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia must pay more. But they are part of the less than 1/10th of 1%.

UN demand that US must disarm? Shame on them. UN must order the Muslims to disarm instead. They are the terrorist killing Christians. This the power of the democrat socialist trying to take over power from the Conservative Christians. We need guns to protect us and our children from the violence and take over of these radical socialist democrats in our country.
