In the face of a totally partisan coup against a sitting president, you're looking pretty hypocritical! Your lies and twisted truths about Putin are astounding when one considers the US positions on much of what you claim is characteristic of Putin!

So many things I could ram up your kazoo here but I'll just leave your sorry butt with this: decline from 1,058,000 abortions in 2011 to 862,000 abortions in 2017. Wow, what a decline! Down from just over a million per year to just under a million per year. Outstanding! LOL! You must be totally high!!

this impeachment is not a coup, and the Clinton impeachment was not either..

these things are required as the duty of congress. per the constitution..

What is it you most love about Putin? his invasion of Georgia, his seizure of the Crimea, his move into the ME currently.. or his love and support of trump..

very transparent,, only one choice fits the right wing.. You guys do not care at all about the others..

You and the white evangelicals are trying to stop.. but you are only intent on stopping SAFE abortions. that is your target and the safety of the women is not even on your list of concerns..

You will never legislate behavior and all that will come about if you get your way is more death of young women..

education and access is what makes the difference..

You clearly have never known what the Democrat platform was or will be.. now or in the past..

you are nothing but an echo, echo of a charge as old as FDR and the new deal..

Yes, and then like a true lackey, you resort to an ageless and all inclusive conspiracy against what ever the heck it is you think you want.. good one..

When an impeachment is totally partisan, it is wrong. Y'all are claiming that all of the republicans are ignoring "crimes" committed by Trump but y'all have been looking for crimes since before he was even sworn in. LOL! Total Joke!!

The Crimean people as well as those in the section of Georgia now occupied by Russia wanted Russia there. We are no in any position to say they can't be a part of Russia considering the history of the region and what the actual people there want. And but for Putin's help, ISIS would still be huge. The ME is just another place where our intel community has been lying to us.

The rest of your comment is unintelligible gibberish!

And by the way, maybe if people didn't have easy access to killing a baby, they might consider not having unprotected sex. Maybe if we killed drug dealers, we wouldn't have so many drug dealers! Maybe, if we quit giving people free money they would go out and get a job that is better than a McDonalds fry cook!!

the platform, as you must know, will be written at the convention.. then you may have something to rant about. Like to many right guaranteed to non-whites or something like that.. Big biz having to pay more the 11% tax.. etc.. all those Honorable things that you seem to worry about so much..

Wrong again.

I have been following politics for several decades, we used to debate politics at my family get together dinners when I was growing up.

I was what constitutes a liberal Democrat right up until halfway through the Carter Administration (luckily only one term) when I saw the beginnings of change in the Democratic Party and that's when I started, for the first time, voting Republican.

Since then, I have watched my old party drifting farther and farther to the left, away from virtually everything the founders envisioned for America, in what I more recently realized has been a boiling frog strategy orchestrated by external leftist forces (remember when Khrushchev said they would beat us from within?).

Just take a look back at the Democrats of JFK's era and then look at the Democrats of today. The chasm between the two is wider than the Grand Canyon.

Today's Democratic Party is so far to the left of the Democrats half a century ago that it is virtually unrecognizable.

It has become way too authoritarian, way too contemptuous of the average American, footloose and fancy free with the letter of the Constitution, all too willing to overlook corruption among its own while perfectly prepared to falsely accuse its political opposition of its own proclivities to throw off the scent, prone to weaponizing taxpayer funded agencies against said political opposition and even spend taxpayers' money to further its own political goals. It uses a politically corrupt media to propagandize and even outright lie to the American people, it uses our public education system and our universities to indoctrinate our youth just as the Soviets did and instead of representing the doctrine of our Constitutional republic, it embraces socialism and attempts to sell us out to globalists who would convert our great nation into a mere third rate state in a new world order.

I realized these truths long before Trump announced his candidacy and they were strongly reinforced when I saw what Obama was up to during his eight years as POTUS.

As far as Trump's presidency goes, you and yours can deny his myriad positive accomplishments from now until doomsday, continue trying to convince millions of people who are experiencing the reality and benefits of his tax cuts that they were "for the rich," continue lying, slandering and name-calling to your heart's content, but those of us who have actually experienced and seen with our own eyes the vast difference the Trump Administration has wrought in the marketplace and in our own lives and fortunes know that what you lefties are trying to sell us is nothing but the purest of platypus droppings.

Hmmmm seems like I saw a political rally float in Germany with Putin depicted ON Trumps back humping him (dry or not...we don’t know). A pungent observation but a telling one in the as yet unanswered question
“What does Putin have on Trump?”
Maybe nothing but why does Trump cozy up to an international criminal from a now third rate world power?
There is a pattern here of love for autocracy.

Is Putin any more of an international criminal than Bush or Obama?? Or Hillary for that matter?? How about Brennan or Comey?

I also would not call Russia a third rate world power when they are armed to the teeth in nukes and have military capability pretty close to our own, much of which is hidden. But if Russia is a third rate world power, what is the harm of being friends?

Do not be a dork... your love has been impeached.. over and done a matter for history forever..

and while Moscow Mitch and his senate have already told us they will not remove him, and impeachment will last forever in the history of our still young nation..

Georgia and the Crimean wanted Russia to invade them.. that is what Putin said , so of course the right wing believes that is true.. how hopeless can humanity git..

If we stopped with corporate welfare the balance of our nation would be far better off..

Putin put us wise that it was Ukraine messing with our elections. If it hadn't been for him, we'd all still believe the National security assessment from two administrations, and the Senate Intelligence committee Chaired by Republicans assessment........................that it was Putin who did it.

When was the last time USSR/Russia admitted to ANYTHING?

While Russia's economy is not a major issue on a global scale, the fact that they are a major nuclear power is.

They also have a lot of influence in a part of the world that is a potential flashpoint for WW III.

Such a country is not to be taken lightly, nor is it to be unnecessarily backed into a corner.

Only a leader or political party that wants to start a war that could lead to nuclear confrontation would disregard the above.

Putin is in a very powerful position, pretty much the owner of Russia, and is therefore not to be dismissed as anything less than significant.

President Trump apparently understands this better than you do, and as such tries to maintain a cordial relationship with Putin and Russia.

He does not, by any means, kiss Putin's hindquarters -- to the contrary, he has posed stronger sanctions on Russia than his predecessor and has done a lot more towards arming Ukraine than Obama, who did nothing of the kind.

Remember Obama's "Tell Vladimir that I'll have more flexibility after the election?" It's interesting how you and the rest of the Democrats, including the mainstream media, tend to ignore that little hot mic incident on one hand, while slandering Trump with everything from collusion to being Putin's puppet.

No matter where evidence or lack thereof leads, your side just blathers a party line and keeps repeating the lie over and over until those who don't do their own research actually believe it. This is the essence of propaganda.

Face it, Eden, your entire left wing political platform is supported by a foundation of lies.

Yes they are armed to the teeth with rusting missiles, ships and planes. Their attack sub fleet is dated and in need of repairs and upgrades. More than half of their military forces are unable to put to sea, leave the runway or get their engines started. All of this makes them dangerous of course because their leader needs to bluster and compensate to cover up the rampant corruption at the pinnacle of Russian political power. “Patriotic”
invasions of places like Crimea and Georgia keep his base revved up but seriously....
(Reportedly their one aircraft carrier has to be accompanied everywhere by a massive tugboat so every time the carrier breaks down it can be towed back to port). The US has 11 Nuclear powered Aircraft Carriers. No they do not have military capabilities anywhere near our own.

I agree that there is no harm with having a friendly demeanor towards a regional rival but not when they blatantly invade and annexe another’s sovereign territory. Then it’s time to be stern and impose sanctions as we have done.

The problem with Trump is that he publicly excoriates our western allies while professing “love” for vicious dictators like Kim, Putin and Xi. If this is some clever strategy by the boy genius it has yet to show results.
