Good morning PR. I'm not disagreeing with you or CD. You are correct in that the cartels use the same techniques to generate terror in their competition. ISIS may roast you over a fire while a cartel may fillet a man alive...both create terror. But as Canukcus said, the motives are different.
ISIS is NOT looking to make any money from terrorist acts, while cartels commit the terrorist acts to protect their ability to make money. One is political and the other is greed.

Where do the cartels get their fentanyl from? Most likely China, who mailed it straight to Americans but now has to send it to Americans via cartels. Looks like the cartels are working for China to me. Mexican presidents have always been corrupt and now most of their mayors, military, and cops are too. All are involved in the cartels and their people are leaving any way they can legally or illegally. Then most become a tax burden for Americans. Send them home so they have to fight for their nation or die trying. The next move in Mexico is civil war and then to invade America with Chinese weapons.

We need the military on the border and declaring the cartels as a terrorist organization is how it will be done. The wall is going up but not fast enough thanks to Dems, who want the US to go under. Just read Kev's posts, he is a diehard Commie or Marxist and is the perfect poster child of what they want. Russia tried taking over America without firing a shot by taking over the media, Hollywood, universities, colleges, unions, and the churches... didn't work. Now it looks like China is taking the lead. Russia's economy is about the same as Italy's and isn't a threat.

Tariffs are kicking China's butt and banks are beginning to fail for the first time ever. The plague has claimed its fourth victim in China and if it moves to the lungs it could begin to spread like wildfire. Their pork supply was wiped by the African Swine Flu virus and they had to buy pork from us. If they didn't eradicate the virus it will soon infect the new hogs. China is beginning to feel the fallout for messing with God's children and now they are messing with Allah's kids. This isn't going to end well for China. So what do communists do when they start to lose? They kill their own people to keep control.

The Christians don't like being persecuted and neither do the Muslims. Neither does Taiwan or Hong Kong or nations that need the South China Sea to be open for free navigation and trade which is most of Asia. China is scaring everyone by trying to take total control with its manmade military islands and buying up ports.

Sending fentanyl to the US through Mexico is the last straw. President Trump is about to rachet up China's pain if they don't stop misbehaving. China is also trying to take over Africa so I expect the first brush fires to start there. Africans don't like Chinese companies moving in but not hiring any Africans, not nice and openly racist while taking their natural resources. Karma is about ready to strike China hard in my opinion. I'd scoot if I were you, I think civil unrest is about to break out on the mainland, especially if more banks fail. Chinese like being middle class and don't want to return to the bad, poor, old days. The days of robbing the US are over. Our jobs are returning and leaving China. If the Asian nations start pulling out and moving their businesses to the US, China is in serious trouble. The UK is about to get some great trade deals with the US and when others see it they will follow. Trump is a genius, the die is cast, no turning back.

I agree with you but I wanted to point out that although cartels aren't interested in changing governments ,when El Chapo ,Guzman was on trial ,he did mention all the politicians whose campaigns he contributed large amounts of money to, American politicians. Innocent Americans get caught up in drugs, which can and often do kill them. Not to mention the cartels also have firefights with border patrol. Been there, shot them.

That is where you make a mistake. To some in the inner cities opiods, or shooting up is peer pressure. Opioids kills the pain of whatever, I know my brother's in a lot of pain and I have to talk to him daily to keep him off them. Oxycodon while it sucks and has its own bad side effects is nothing like opioids.

There is no defense for the cartels, but I don't think that's what they were doing. Did you see the peer pressure in the RN's post and escape from pain in one of mine? Those are a couple of the reasons that they go to street drugs but they NEVER expect them to have the added kick of fentanyl. Some idiot doctors gave it to me when I broke my hip. It was unnecessary, my pain threshold is pretty high. I immediately felt dizzy and hot. Luckily it passed through me quickly.
