Agree, he is angry because he wasn't picked.[/quote]

He most definitely is angry because Trump didn't satisfy his ego and put him on the highest court in the land.
I've listened to a lot of his opinions on things and rarely agreed.
He certainly isn't a good choice for that job.
He always gave off an air of New Joisy mob to me.

Fox News claimed to be "Fair and Balanced." Of course, it never was. In 2017 it changed its slogan to "Most Watched Most Trusted" cable TV news channel. At the time ABC NEWS had five times the number of weekly average viewers. It is now known as the "Trump Support Show" by many TV fans. There is nothing wrong with watching your favorite TV personality, but unless you stray occasionally to watch other news sources, you risk missing what is being said in the real world. Fox features many political hacks. Smith, Williams and Wallace are not among them.

Better watch FOX for awhile before you comment again because TOO OFTEN they present the progressive point of view from their permanent progressive staff or guests. Faithful FOX watchers want to throw a shoe at the television TOO OFTEN because of an obnoxious progressive. Isn't it odd that you believe "the real world" is the unacceptable hedonistic world of the prigressive?

Just so you know I really don’t care about elections as much as you may think. I know what’s coming, no matter who’s at the top of the ticket. I know I know. I’m one of those deplorable’s clinging to my guns and Bible.

Since you claim to be legally astute maybe you should follow the rule of law & our Constitution instead of trump & his thugs... the little I was able to watch of the hearings didn't look good for trumps behavior ... you would have to be totally blind at this point to not see trumps actions are in Putin's best interests to date...

I did follow the law. Besides opinion, assumption, and hurt feelings what I heard from witness’s was hearsay, no quid pro quo and all admitted they didn’t hear a crime. That’s exactly all that would be relevant in a court of law. So defensive weapons given to both Poland and Ukraine, and getting other NATO countries to put in more military aid for NATO country’s which border Russia Is something Putin wants? You are totally indoctrinated by the left.

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano has claimed that evidence presented against President Donald Trump in the impeachment inquiry is "overwhelming."
Napolitano made the remarks during a video interview taped Thursday with Reason's Nick Gillespie, which was uploaded the following day to the libertarian media outlet's ReasonTV channel on YouTube. In the interview, Napolitano said Democrats had produced "overwhelming" evidence of Trump's "impeachable behavior."

"The Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee have unearthed enough evidence, in my opinion, to justify about three or four articles of impeachment against the president," said Napolitano. "We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political. Its only constitutional base is treason, bribery, or other hard crimes and misdemeanors."
Napolitano added that the impeachment process House Democrats are engaging in is being done entirely within legal bounds, as congress is explicitly given the "sole power of impeachment" by the U.S. Constitution. The judge also said the constitution demands "each house to write its own rules," and Democrats are operating under rules written by Republicans, who drafted the rules when they controlled congress in 2015.

"Congressman Schiff, whether you like him or not, whether you agree with him or not, he's following rules that the Republicans authored four and a half years ago," Napolitano said.
Gillespie then asked the judge what he predicts will be included in the articles of impeachment, yet to be formally presented at the inquiry.
"Here's what I think they will advance. Charge one is bribery," said Napolitano. "The technical definition of bribery is the failure to perform an official duty until a thing of value comes your way, and they will argue that the president's failure to disperse funds that the Congress ordered be dispersed until the recipient of the funds agreed to investigate a potential political opponent is an act of bribery. That is enough, in my opinion, to make it over the threshold of impeachable offenses. I don't think it's enough to convict of bribery, but it's enough to allege it for the purpose of impeachment."

"The second charge will be high crimes and misdemeanors, election law violation," he continued. "The third crime will be obstruction of justice, the fourth will be interference with the witness and the fifth may be lying under oath."

The remainder of the interview covered constitutional issues, along with the political and legal history of impeachment and additional details of the Trump inquiry. The judge appears to believe many of the allegations against the president are credible but says he "can't imagine" Trump will be removed by Republicans in the senate despite overwhelming evidence.
Napolitano is a senior legal analyst for Fox News, having joined the network in 1998. Although Trump previously praised the judge, his opinion soured after being criticized by Napolitano, who called the president's behavior "criminal and impeachable" earlier in the year.

How could it be overwhelming when all of the witness's said they didn't think a crime had been committed and they were the one's questioned by the Dems in the vault?

I think he was more reflective of the truth BEFORE he was passed over for a seat on the Supreme Court. This new look on him really is pretty awful.

Yes he is and Fox is often fake news. Even CNN isn't sure the house will get all the votes it needs to impeach.

Excellent post, and agree, the evidence is overwhelming. My biggest question is where is the loyalty to this country in the minds of the Republicans, where is their loyalty to be the protectors against the undertow of Putin's undermining to this country and against his silent aggression and attack. We have a president who is oblivious to it because his eye is only on his pot of gold.

You need to look in the mirror and you'll see somebody who is delusional and who is oblivious to that fact.I read a lot of fox/CBS and read the long drawn out lamenting and scare tactic of the left of waters/warren/ Pelosi/Schiff I can't believe these people were ever allowed to be in government .I'm sure the people that voted for them are wondering were these peoples brains are they are mental and need to be put in a padded room. They are self-centered their egos are unbelievable to lie/and try to corrupt the people of this nation with their filth and litteraly divide a whole country so they can get back in control .THAT IS THEIR ONLY GOD (POWER)
