The Judge could be on solid ground, however; he is biased. In actual court of Law would probably have to recuse himself if he was going to hear the case. There are just as many learned opinions from Legal experts that say this was not impeachable. Russia's a joke. Their economy is the size of Italy's. Their one aircraft carrier is broken down. Trump has given neighboring countries much more lethal assistance than Obama did, yet you are so blinded by partisanship you don't honestly compare. China is the real enemy. Since all you wuss liberals have suddenly turned into hawks please tell me what our National Interests are in the Ukraine except to keep the industrial war complex healthy? Please keep up your whining and impeach Trump. This is the death nail for the Democrats in 2020. My opinion is backed up by the latest swing state polls and Independents being polled.

For instance; even after all this time scholars still debate what the Founders meant by High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Very subjective. What is fact is the proceedings are hurting the Democrats. Until this stupid move by the Democrats I actually believed the Dems had a good chance of beating Trump.

Right. Obama’s strategy was lead from behind which led to the devastating Arab Spring. Putin’s nothing but a thug with nukes. He’s less powerful now than before. China is the real danger and Trump is the only American leader saying it. Putin can’t spend much more militarily and knows it. If Europe ever got its crap together and sanctioned him what’s left of his economy will implode. Evidence has proven absolutely nothing so far. You see what you want.
