Do you think Trump is a globalist?
What happened was, the far right were always aware, same as me, that an international accord was going to be absolutely necessary, I was at a Zionist meeting 1978 and the speaker was saying then that the international accord led by the Soviet Union had an alternative he didn't know what it was, as it turns out It was Plutocracy but we didn't reall know that at the time, I'm pretty sure Trump hasn't caught on yet, I doubt if he is even interested.
Trumps paddling hard upstream all his sanctions are really only possible because of the equity tied up in the markets as collateral which needs the Fed to keep adding to in the form of liquidity as corporations and individuals push most of the new issue into rainy day funds, I've got one myself that I would be reluctant to part with because inflation is not likely to happen while Oligarchs control the Central Banks.
Trump has never challenged the Billionaires and has taken Friedman's Monetarism to the next level which he would claim is political influence by charisma bit like you know who.
Exactly Stalin my hero.
I think this is the basis of Trumps Nationalist rhetoric that does not pitch the utopian little mans democracy, this strategy is different from the Bush and Reagan era, which was outright Globalism as a unipolar US 21 st. Century promising the "under middle class" easy access to credit for homes and businesses, vibrant cities, economic growth and personal freedoms in the form of neoconservative sureties.
Trumps administration took the other view, I think the Captain's of finance now believe the Bush Reagan experiment caused the 2008 crash because the "under middle class" are not trustworthy, totally correct, so with Obama came the idea that scarcity is the best balance for opulence that is to be patronized by all means possible, totally incorrect.
I think the Globalists were in the same economic camp as Obama and Trump, the big difference between Trump and Obama wasn't displayed by Trumps attendance at Davos 2019, he skipped this year's World Economic Forum at the last minute because of Gov shut down otherwise was certain to go, Obama never went, Clinton did, Reagon was there in video, so why is Trump wanting to go, has he no shame about being a Globalist ?, probably Trump believes himself to be a, - hahaha- "condescending influencer".
However if you took a consensus of 2019 Davos attendees free trade, protectionism, free travel of workers between borders (E.U. Schengen) are obvious disagreements with Trump, tax and anti-regulations would be agreement, same sex marriage, guaranteed minimum wage regardless, and abortion on demand would be disagree.
But these are only talking points that don't matter much, Globalists purport individual rights with judicial guarantees and freedoms.
These are in fact considered to be by Globalists, material rights and freedoms only.
Trump was seen to be wanting to change this glaring hypocrisy in favour of the average Joe, in a way like Obama was going to do the same thing, two positives cancelled themselves out and the Globalists got the leg over poor Joe.
Although the Globalist position was the same as Trumps in 2016, now late 2019 Trumps austerity is thought of by the Globalists as dysfunctional, I think we're in a new stage of Globalist's wanting arbitration, highlighting appeasement, Trump is holding it up.
