Sounds delightful. But it keeps employers from having to consider employees full time and offer them benefits like insurance, paid holidays and vacation.

Depends on the job....
I only have 10 hours of class time a week.... Lessons are all prepared... Meetings maybe once a month... Five months holiday time a year...
I work more hours with my tutoring business than my actual job...
