Truly want fairness when dealing with CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS? Or are they just wanting to use the CONSTITUTION ND OUR BILL OF RIGHTS ONLY WHEN IT SUITS THEM. I'm still waiting for anyone here on OPP or anywhere within the MSM or the Democratic controlled house for any type of crime that President Trump had committed to have to endure an impeachment. WHERE IS THE CRIME PEOPLE? It is so clear to me and anyone else with a lick of common sense and even a modicum of fairness why the Progressives want President Trump out! It's because all of their previous crimes are being dusted off/brought out into the light and gravy train they have for so long is in the process of being turned off. Of course this also includes some RINOS as well. Oh and by the way if you don't have any type of intelligent and or rational counter to the information within this video please don't call names. Mike, it is quite clear that the so-called Progressives do NOT want our current Constitution to be followed. They want to throw the whole thing out, and rewrite it to conform to their wild ideas. The first real clue for this are the many violations of the provisions of the Constitution by Barrack Obama. There is a post on the net describing over 75 of his violations, and I have a book called "You Lie" that goes into more detail on them. We are in a fight to preserve our nation as it is, not as they would have it!

I would add that it is entirely within reason that the Senate, when faced with some sort of impeachment as the Dems seem to plan, to deny its validity and throw it out as bogus, illegitimate, and contrary to established practice.

Last week, Mark Levin announced that he would be doing this analysis on his Fox show. I had a feel for where he would go with it. That man is a phenomenal constitutional scholar.

Now we can label what these few democrats are doing as "unconstitutional" or a violation of the constitution and president Trump's rights or a crime or an egregious overreach of their authority, and so on, and we would be right.

However, let me call this as I see it. Three or four House democrats have set themselves up as commissars in a Soviet style politburo and are conducting police state tactics to overthrow a legitimate and constitutionally elected president and in the process are destroying our American system of government, our system of justice, the rule of law, and our freedom as citizens. They are attempting to disenfranchise 63 million voters.

My gut instinct tells me this unconscionable attempt to "fundamentally transform America" into a socialist police state is soon going to slam head on into a brick wall. The goddamned fools have no clue of the consequences of what they are doing.

A few have been referring to "Trumps crimes" to me too and I've asked what they are repeatedly. You'll probably get the same answer. Clinton (Bubba) asked Tony Blair for a favor whichis way more than Trump did since the left seems blind to that little treaty Clinton signed with Ukraine that here would be mutual cooperation. They also forget that Clinton gave nukes to N. Korea to begin with.

Trump needs to be impeached for obstructing house investigations if nothing else, that is by law and the constitution impeachable.

A president who refuses to make any use of intelligence, our state diplomatic department, or even military advisers, and makes a decision to withdraw troops from Syria after taking to Erdogan, is unfit to command our military or government. He tried to do this before and was forced to stand down on it, and he does it anyway, thereby exposing us unnecessarily to a far deeper prospect of wars that could have been prevented.

Pay attention to actual news and facts and you'll know what the crimes are, FOX isn't covering it. It's a crime every time the white house refuses to turn over documents or tells someone they have no control over not to answer questions by congress.

It's an impeachable crime to take orders from a dictator like Erdogan, which considering he tweeted we were pulling out right after a conversation would indicate he wasn't consulting with anyone in our state department, intelligence, or allied intelligence. We don't need a rogue president taking orders from dictators like Putin and Erdogan, or his really fine friend Kim Un Jung
