================
When impeachment process is unconstitutionally done, McConnell could just block it and dismiss the case, without going through the Senate votes.

And I think that's what he'll do. I watch a little blurb on Sat. from a 'smart phone' and that's what he made it sound like.

You don't understand. This is a Congressional proceeding. Nothing to do with Chief Justice. The process is unconstitutional and the senate must not accept for voting.

Are you out of your mind? The product of impeachment to be presented to the Senate was illegally processed. It was made up of fabricated hoax by Schitt.

The process was not brought to the floor but just decisions by Schitt and Pelosi. Depriving the other party to question them, and prove their case. This is ridiculous.

What do you think the 435 districts representing the American people would do? Allow Schitt and Pelosi to dictate their fabrication to justify their removal of the president who was duly elected by the people? Pelosi and Schitt are not DICTATORS of this constitutional government.

The Senate must trash that out. Return to Schitt and Pelosi to the Lower House.
Could not be passed for a vote at the Senate. It is illegal product.

Read the Constitution. show me where the Constitution calls for a vote of the house before starting an impeachment inquiry.

Show me in the Constitution that the House of Representatives must have a vote prior to initiating an inquiry into possible impeachable actions.

aT41, Prove your case! Show me where in the constitution that your claim is correct. You must have the burden of proof.

Taken from an article posted by dtucker300.
Impeachment is Utterly Inappropriate – Ask James Madison, by Robert B. Charles.

Here it is.
"This emotionally stoked, stumbling and outcome-determinative push for impeachment is about something smaller and bigger. Smaller – because it is about misusing the Constitution to unseat a duly-elected president, a quest for power to satisfy dark passions.

Larger – because this impeachment drive is about imposing the will of a craven few on America, using whatever pretense serves. Americans understand their country is divided, and that resolving differences is incumbent on them."

Decisions based on fabricated hoax by Schitt, and secretly processed depriving the other party to see, participate and question is legal? Not even a Kangaroo Court could accept that.

The same place where it says the Executive Branch has to answer House subpoenas that have no specific act of wrongdoing mentioned - no where. What there is is congressional precedent in all three prior impeachments and the SCOTUS will weigh that heavily.

Congress protocol is wrong. After all this debacle is not resolved at the Lower and Upper chambers, the matter be brought to the SCOTUS to decide. I am sure the SCOTUS will likewise trash it.

Piglosi and Schitt have done nothing for the jobs they were elected for. They spent lots of taxpayers' money to empower their own ambitions of taking over the WH, by relentlessly impeaching the president via a criminal process. Schitt must be removed from his post. He is guilty of fabricating his own version of the telephone message of the president. The transcript of the president's message does not reconcile with the doctored and fabricated statements of Schitt. He must be locked up and retire in jail.

Now, the LIBS turn.
