Not according to this report from Fox just based on the number of Representatives who requested the inquiry they have enough. The loss can be 18 votes as dems , but the independent says he'll vote for the articles. Even if the dems are in red states the final choice will be with the voters. It's based on what the voters are thinking on the various items that Trump could be charged with.

The liberals have been so successful in brainwashing all the kids coming out of colleges and high schools they just may have enough to pull it off. When you add all the illegals that now can vote in liberal precincts and all the people with no skin in the game (on welfare) it looks like they can win.
